Just waiting for the postie to arrive.
Had a really lazy day yesterday after our outing on Saturday.
The kids had a ball on Saturday and it cost us a small fortune but hey they have had a lot less spent on them this year than before so if we can't treat them once in a blue moon.
Tried yesterday to switch my brian off to anything money related as I just needed to unwind but todays a new day so lets see what happens today:cool:.0 -
Glad to hear you had a good weekend. I think it is important for your own sanity to have some fun once in a while. It is possible to take money saving to unhealthy extremes.
Hope the postie brings you some goodies!Ebay challenge 2010 - £525

Best of luck! I've been so focused on being a DFW over the last couple of years that I've forgotten what it feels like not to worry about money. Actually, I don't know if I've ever felt that way

Hey BJ,
Sounds like Saturday was fun. I still like to have fun, I do try to plan it well so that I can make big savings. E.g. We printed off 2 for 1 vouchers for Pizza Express and used these at Xscape. I also used my clubcard deals tokens to trade for Snozone so that we could go toboganning at Xscape and have a pizza afterwards and it cost us £11.84. I just have to try to "plan" my fun. Easier said than done though:DLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free
