  • Morning All

Well postie didn't deliver much this morning. Posted a new thread for advice re Halifax Home Insurance as I am a little confused:confused:.

Capital One sent a letter saying that they can't process our request for CCA as the signature is different from that held on file:rolleyes:.

The other post was statements and default notices.

The rain has eased off slighty now so hopefully get the boys out and burn some of their energy.

    Be back soon:beer:

    Blue,

Do a post search re: Cap 1 signature malarkey! I am sure there are similar posts and actually you DON'T need to sign it at all - therefore they can't refuse to honour your request.

Obviously the reason the signature doesn't match is so that they can't copy and paste it onto a dodgy agreement!

I thought that was the case and Rog kindly clarified for me. Going wait and send the 12+2 letter (I think Friday but need to double check).

  • I think I will be needing him a lot more in the near future as nobody has responded to our CCA requests other than Barclaycard and now Cap One. Barclycard are looking for our agreement:rolleyes:

Well spends today have been a bit high:o.

£17 with Mr T for a few things:rolleyes: and took the boys to the petting farm which was £8.70 (had a voucher though to get 1 kid free:j). This included 3 tubs of food.

    Now I smell like a blinkin farm:rotfl:.

Just trying to rush tea and get the kids sorted before OH comes home looking for his din dins:p.

Halifax got back to me re the cancellation of home insurance - a simple admin error:rolleyes:. Thanks Mr Hali for stressing me out all day for nowt. Fingers crossed they won't go near the mortgage.
