Morning All
Well postie didn't deliver much this morning. Posted a new thread for advice re Halifax Home Insurance as I am a little confused.
Capital One sent a letter saying that they can't process our request for CCA as the signature is different from that held on file:rolleyes:.
The other post was statements and default notices.
The rain has eased off slighty now so hopefully get the boys out and burn some of their energy.
Be back soon:beer:0 -
Blue,
Do a post search re: Cap 1 signature malarkey! I am sure there are similar posts and actually you DON'T need to sign it at all - therefore they can't refuse to honour your request.
Obviously the reason the signature doesn't match is so that they can't copy and paste it onto a dodgy agreement!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

I thought that was the case and Rog kindly clarified for me. Going wait and send the 12+2 letter (I think Friday but need to double check).0 -

I think I will be needing him a lot more in the near future as nobody has responded to our CCA requests other than Barclaycard and now Cap One. Barclycard are looking for our agreement:rolleyes:0
