Hope you and the family are all well. I too lost focus for a while, but I've been trying recently to make a real effort to post even if its just to analyse the post amongst friends:rolleyes:!

I've just updated my signature and decided to set myself a challenge to begin with 2010 with x amount of debt which gives me a total to chase between now and then. Don't know if something like that might spark you up again?!

Well done on all your PPI/charges claims you've had some good success with those. I recently had the brass neck to claim 13 x £12 charges from my AA Visa + 8% interest. They wrote back unable to uphold my complaint but making a goodwill payment of the full amount + interest - a total of £200+. Good value for the price of a stamp:D

Slighty embrassed to even come back on as I have totally lost focus on this:o.

Only getting the odd phone call from the creditors but I really need to sort out the CCA enforceability:eek::eek:.

The kids have been keeping me busy and OH has been working like a dog so I seem to have no free time whatsoever and as I'm not being hounded by anyone I have let everything slip [STRIKE]quite[/STRIKE] extremely badly:o.

Well done on the reclaim:T and the deduction in outstanding debt:j.
