:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Go easy with that trigger fella, I've not receive it yet:p
  • Evening all.

Well a new school year looms :j:j. Both boys back tomorrow so it was all hands on deck to get organised but on the plus side they will have to be in bed early tonight:p.

Just spent an hour drafting a couple of letters.
    1. Halifax as they are still insisting we use CCCS or the like.
    2. FO re a PPI reclaim.
    3. Cap One re PPI - they are being complete ar'ssy about the PPI reclaim so I sent a ar'ssy reply.
    4. Cap One re my DMP as they are still looking for income details even though I already sent them a reponse stating that I DO NOT work and only receive child benefit and basic tax credits:mad:
My next task is to draft the letters re CCA requests as I have received no agreements just T&C's, although two of the recorded delivery letters are still showing as being at the post office - need to contact them on Tuesday to see were the heck they've got too:mad:.

Catch you all soon as boys need a little bit of wind down time before bed:rolleyes:.

  • Well done - keep up the good work. Hope the boys enjoy the new year - I know I'm dreading it a little, but it will be fine once things start moving.

  • Spoke to MBNA y'day re non-payment...seriously I didn't know I hadn't made full paymentspeechless-smiley-023.gif. Well anyhow they passed me to a lender they deal with for me to take a consolidated loan:mad:. Spoke with the company, who we already have a secured loan with, and after explaining about the debt plan etc etc they still wanted to give me a loan for the unsecured amount. !!!!!! I am so angry that MBNA passed me to this company and didn't discuss my current financial position - I'm not answering the phone anymore:rotfl:.

No other news as yet - all pro-rata payments made this morning bar one which I don't have the details for and they haven't sent them:rolleyes:. I can no longer log on to their site either as they have revoked my access - !!!!!!s!:p.

Spoke with the PO (well not really the PO, a friend that is manager of a PO, and she has confirmed that my two AWOL CCA request are indeed that.............AWOL:rolleyes:) so need to resend them - ones for a biggy too so need to do that today.

Halifax have to respond today re a PPI reclaim, which is over £1000 so hopefully postie will bring me good news.

Also, waiting for my cheque to arrive:j.

Back soon once Mr Postman arrives.

I have absolutely no faith in so called 'Recorded Delivery'. It's not tracked with anywhere near the security of Special Delivery, posties widely 'abuse' the system (i.e. posting it when you haven't signed for it) and I've not had a single claim honoured for compensation in 7+ years of selling on internet auction sites. I just put a fake Recorded Delivery label on packages these days - all it's good for is a visual deterrant!

Hope the postie brings good news :) I never know whether ours has or not, because the post is invariably dumped on a table in our hall under that of the jakeys who live in the flat downstairs. What sort of freaks only collect their (considerable) amount of post once a week?!
