    Hi MM

I have went back over my recorded slips and one of the ones that are showing as 'non delivered' appears to have been delivered as I have had a reply from them. My head is in a pickle as I'm trying to do too much at once, PPI and charges reclaims, CCA requests and of course the bloomin DMP correspodence:eek:.

    Arrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh I need a break from this:o

I know it feels like you need a break, but the danger is you won't get back into it with such vigour. Try to persevere BJ - think of the success you have had.............. :)

Well I printed another few letters this morning re PPI reclaims and I have resent a CCA request to one company that hasn't responded but the recorded delivery is not showing as being delivered:rolleyes:.

I really need to send the CCA 12+2 letters but to be honest I am sh1tting myself about this:eek:. Going draft them now and post later.

    Well done, keep at em!

The 12+2 letters are scarey to send. I've now sent these to two of my biggest creditors and have been withholding payments for 2 weeks now. It is scarey but I know that what they have sent me is unenforceable. Even more scarily one of them is Barclaycard who I hear are nasty.............. never mind. Onwards and upwards :)

  • Good morning peeps

Postie been and another successful PPI reclaim :j:j:j. Barclaycard have agreed to refund nearly £570. Just need to check my figures to make sure they aren't pulling a fast one:eek:.

Other than that no other post to report. Westcot Credit Services just got an ear bashing from me though as they have threatened Door Step Collection for £37.50 (Sky from when we cancelled), however I tried to pay this about a week and a half ago but due to me not being my OH they would not accept payment. I contacted Sky direct and they took the payment - funny that:rolleyes:.

When I contacted them today the girl (I think maybe it was a robot:confused:) keep saying 'I can't discuss the account with you'. I quite rudely:o explained I did not want to discuss the account but that they were not to contact me again as this account has been settled with Sky direct. I have sent an email to confirm this.

I think I may have got out of the wrong side of bed this morning:p.

Nowt else to report but I have DS1 friend coming round in about an hour for the day - oh goodie can't wait:rolleyes:.

Well done Blue Jeans. Another £570 to add to your total. Any word from your email to Wescot?
