Sent my final claim on Monday 18th September,and got a text on Wednesday 20th September saying that they acknowledged my claim,and a cheque will be with me soon.

I've also been having probs with e2save as the post office never show when they have signed for the letter sent. OSPS seems to be better. Have just taken out a contract with Carphone today so hopefully it'l b fine.0

I received a text saying my claim was successful, but this was around 18 working days ago, so I'm not impressed! Should have had the cheque by now.

I have never had a problem with e2save cashback & had several phones from them.The address on back of my claim vouchers is Redemptions,PO Box 462,Crewe,CW1 9DY.Perhaps they have more than 1 address?0
