not according to their website help desk, it still lists the post code WS10 7WZ0 -

WS10 7WZThe Carphone Warehouse LtdThe 7WZ address is almost certainly forwarded to the 7JN address. But, mixing the 7JN postcode with the PO Box is a bad idea, especially as WS10 7JN covers a large number of companies, and the address you were gaven doesn’t start with any company name. “PO Box 4259” coupled with “WEDNESBURY” should be more than enough to ensure that mail gets to its correct destination. However, I’d be more confident with the TWZ postcode, because, as Mike said, it’s just pain incorrect. With the 7JN postcode, there’s a risk of the mail being taken straight to the trading estate, without the bagging up and re-addressing that goes on with a PO-Box forwarding, then ending up being handed over to the wrong company.

It does seem that the original incorrect postcode has got out and about. There’s even a link to a leaflet on the Carphone Warehouse website.古池や蛙飛込む水の音0 -
contact them and explain the situation ihad the same probvlem but i noticed before i sent it off and so i got the correct address, e2save are very reasonable your lucky you took out your contract with them otherwise your money would probably have gone by now.

After vreading this thread I checked my recorded delivery online (which I sent two weeks ago). And to my horror, I see that it has not been delivered to E2save yet and I used the correct address WS10 7WZ. This is the first time (out of about 8) that a recorded delivery to e2save has not been delivered.
I think e2save might have a little thing going with the postman......very suspcious!!!
I have sent a recorded delivery again with copies of my bill......can somebody confirm that e2save do accept copies?0 -

They sent me a letter on 24th march stating that I was not entitled as my bill had been received more than 30 days after bill date ..blah,blah... so I phoned RM to ask them why my post had'nt been signed for and had taken so long, turns out that the postcode supplied on my chequeback vouchers and ALSO on my welcome e-mail back in october is incorrect; there is no such postcode as WS10 TWZ, it should have been WS10 7WZ, I am so annoyed but can't get a response from e-mailing them, also their 'customer service' line always seems to be closed, has anyone else experienced similar problems with e2save?
But they are at fault and you have evidence so you have nothing to lose. It was their fault, take it to trading standards.0 -
I sent mine on Friday but it's not showing up on Royal Mail's website, whereas another recorded delivery item I sent at the same time was delivered on Monday. Not worried yet as my bill date was the 14th and I sent copies, but I think I'll email e2save and possibly send another copy to the other post code.0

Can anyone provide me with the email address for e2save customer services?
I've looked on their website with not much success.0 -
I sent my cashback form to E2Save on the 18th of April by recorded delivery and it is still not showing as being recieved.
Contacted Royal Mail and all they could say is "in the system" and recorded delivery is not guaranteed deliveryCheers,
