Hello,any advice please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sent my cashback claim recorded delivery to e2save on the 28 June and i have just phoned them and they have not recieved it!
I phoned royal mail and they tell me that it has not been delivered and it cannot be marked as lost until the 18 June,by which my 30 day claim time will be up!
I hope i have not lost out on the cash back!
Any ideas?

So many of mine in recent months have gone 'missing' I have tried to claim my money back from the royal mail but I keep on going around in circles and no one ever rings me back.
I sent 3 in a special delivery envelope recently, that got there, I have proof of sending 3 in one, and the man on the chequeback team I spoke to advised sending them all in one envelope.
This is so annoying that so many of my last few claims (about 4 on 3 different contracts) have gone a miss.
I don't know whether you can believe it, but I sent two claims, exactly the same, first class recorded from the same post office at the same time (they both weighed the same), the one was tracked and was delivered the next day. The other one, well it hasn't got there and Royal Mail wont help at all!
You won't believe how angry and stressed this has made me!

@ dihaz, ring up the chequeback team for e2save (different number to normal e2save) and they will deal with your query, if you log that you sent the bill within the allotted time period then they will take that as a fact, and they will make a note on your claim / account to accept your claim if it is at all delayed.Student Moneysaving Expert :beer:0 -
I sent it RD, no signature and no acknowledge.
Sent a fax using the number from the famous (and now deleted) E2Save thread.
No acknowledge.
Phoned and they said all faxes with no name on the top are destroyed and to send again with the operators name on the top.
No acknowledgement. (She went on holiday)
Phoned again, another operator answered and said to do same thing.
No acknowledgement from him.
Senior supervisor phoned me to apologise that operator 1 had gone on holiday and that my fax was on her desk and I can expect my cashback shortly.
I do not recommend cashback deals of any kind to people who can afford lesser benefits like a gift or immediate discounts direct from the network. When I took flext tariff when it first launched, T Mobile shops and website offered 25% .... not as big saving as cashback but no )*!"^&!!"!ing around.
Cashback system should be destroyed and replaced with an online only system where you upload your online bill/scanned bill. You immediately get confirmation of the cashback and a reference number. No RM bull!!!! or high costs.
I'd gladly help them implement such a system for free if they give all the people who missed their cashback claim or RM failed to deliver their claim first time the money they're owed. Hmm unlikely.0 -
I'm resending my bill by special delivery. That way it WILL be delivered tommorrow, otherwise I get to claim some my money back from the Royal Mail and E2save.com may get investigated as this seems to be becoming a common occurence.0

I sent a second bill on Monday recorded delivery and accroding to the RM website it hasn't been delivered yet.0

I sent my second cashback recorded delivery -- no confirmation of delivery
I sent my second cashback again special delivery (and the nice postie lady put a value of £500 on it if I needed to make a claim) and I get a text the very next day saying my cashback is on the way.
RESULT!
It costs about £4.20 for special delivery but I'd rather pay that than lose out on around £60 worth of quarterly cashback!0
