e2save cashback sneaky trick - beware!

I had a voicemail today from a very nice lady at e2save who confirmed that it is the WS10 7JN postcode but that mail should be forwarded from the other postcode. She also gave me her email address to send scans of my bills just in case. So anyone else who's worried about them not arriving should get in contact and let them know0

You were right, originally. It doesn’t really matter what e2save.com think their PO box postcode is; the definitive answers is what Royal Mail say it is.
After all, they’ve got to use it. WS10 7JN is for a collection of street addresses, including e2save.com’s. It represents an area on the map of Wednesbury. WS10 7WZ doesn’t represent any physical locality. It uniquely represents PO Box 4259. In theory, you could write just “WS10 7WZ” on your envelope, and it would get to e2save.com. Sign up to the free Royal Mail’s Postcode finder, to check for yourself. You can look up both postcodes from addresses and addresses from postcodes.

Contacted Royal Mail and all they could say is "in the system" and recorded delivery is not guaranteed delivery
Id ignore what Royalmail website says.
They are totally pants.....
I posted a cash back in March, had cheque back - but RM site still says not recieved.
Another one sent in April - had the text to say recieved and processing.
RM says not delivered.
It's a terrible service - any suggestions on what we can do to complain on mass about them ?
E2Save - I have never had a problem with cashbacks.
Even when mix up sening wrong bill - they let me know, so that I could resend the correct one.
IMHO - They do try to accomodate you with problems.
Try contacting via the contact link on the website - they do reply very quickly.

Billie I agree.
I have posted my claim for cash back via Recorded Delivery on 11/04/06 and checked Trace service. Website states "Information on your item is not yet available online". Rang Royal Mail and they said that the were unable to advise if item has been delivered. This is think is really poor.
However, have contacted E2save and they have asked me to send in duplicate copy of bill. I also sent copy of my original recorded delivery receipt. E2save I find are really helpful.0 -

Hi Alltheloginsaretakenappar,
Everytime I ring e2save CS, I am waiting an eternity before I get a customer advisor. I think I'll deal with them via email instead. Do you think you could give me their email address please?

Make sure you call them on the local/national call rate (or freephone number - the sales line :P )
