    Perhaps the fact nothing happened and he's been caught out on here yet again may help you achieve more than the mobile phone car charger or holder they gave to someone else! Means waiting another 28 days though. 14 days can mean 56 of course. 2010 isn't THAT far away...

    I said I'd had 150 PMs from people asking questions, etc, not problems.

    Please stop making using MSE such a thankless task for me. I'm trying to help and you always feel you have to get involved with quotes out of context or tales of other CPW companies completely unrelated to either the problem or my company.

    I think I've been upfront about the fact that the Returns Department are struggling right now, so I've been doing my best to support them both on here and internally. I understand completely, I wouldn't want it to happen to me, and I can only apologise and work to fix things.

    Cheques currently take up to 28 days to arrive after we request them from CPW's secure printer. I was saying it before someone else did.

    I'm trying to keep these together where they belong I'm sure you understand it gets very confusing and easily mixed up when you reply on other threads too ;)
    So to clarify where we are up to with this are you saying that you instructed the returns dept on Thursday to compensate me in the form of a cheque for my time trouble and expences etc etc etc ?

    After over 80mins on the phone without reply 5 emails sent today not bad customer service - please go ahead and tell me what is.
    In regards to your message I think from the picture it is pretty clear below what I was returning my phone for:
    It clearly states in the red box "your monthly line rental AFTER redemption" correct? But this is not the case, and I do not see why I have to pay for a return because your website is not clear.

    Sorry, obviously I didn't know this - but we do reply straight away to let you know how long a proper reply will be, which I think is 4 hours.
