Unfortunately not - there are still people who reckon he's doing a great job and I should stop having a go at him. One of them reckons he "speaks for everyone". Fortunately not, though I really did think the rep might finally sorted you out at last once I'd referred to your experience, since he seems quite keen to shut me up and reckons I'm giving him a rather thankless time. Oh well... sorry!0 -

For once I agree with you. Publicly agreeing to do something and then, as often as has happened on this thread, failing to deliver - or ensure that someone is tasked with delivering - works negatively against the company and their administration and it would have been better to have either stayed off the air or have given realistic timescales and made absolutely sure that they were deliverable..
It will be interesting to see if e-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y what has been promised is actually honoured.
I still believe that, despite the evidence to the contrary on this thread, that the rep is trying to make improvements but may be hitting internal obstacles which, if he is in a senior position, he may be able to improve, but not overnight. And, given that he personally does not work in every department, the personal attacks on his own integrity are not warranted.0 -
Ok latest update ....
Somebody called David has phoned my partner (9.45am)to say they they have now received the phone back and it is being sent back to the factory to be disconected which will take 2/3 days and then the contract will be cancelled :eek:
She explained as she was in work could not talk and David is going to ring me at 10.45am :cool:
Considering the phone has never been connected and was returned on the 12th and rec'd by them on the 13th thats 5 days ago !!! The sim was still sealed in the envelope and still attached to the card, never used.

Ok just to update the latest, apologies if some people find this boring but I think running a real time log of this situation is helpfull to those concerned.
After waiting all day for "David" to ring he hasn't surprise surprise :rolleyes:
There has been no emails rec'd nor any sign of the rep today again not surprising :rolleyes:
