Hi Mobiles.co.uk REP. I am afriad that you are incorrect as I have been complaining to mobiles.co.uk for the past 3-4 weeks and I have not received any replies to my emails. I admit, at the beginning (around 20th July) I had a couple of phonecalls but my complaint has still not been resolved.
It is bad enough that Mobiles.co.uk have witheld my £150 "Credit check Fee" and have not even set me up with a contract with O2. (I have also made several phonecalls to O2, they have not got any records of the contract or of them receiving £150 fee, let alone requesting it). I have emailed Zoe Hirst, Ben Stroud and mgordonreid, all of which have not responded.
Good luck with this you are going to need it

David phoned my partner yesterday morning at 9.45 am she was at work and can not take personal phone calls. She explained to DAVID she could not talk. She told DAVID to Ring ME DAVID said he would call me at 10.45am
You will see on this thread I waited and waited and waited No phone call !!!!

Hi, PM me your order number and I'll make sure the lack of replies is looked into?I ordered on the 13th July, finally received it on 22nd July wihtout a SIM Card. After several phonecalls (lasting around 1.5 hours each) I received a SIM Card which does not work. I have been informed that I need to pay the postage to return the Wii/Wii Fit and the phone (can't imagine how much tthat would cost!!) in order to place another order so that mobiles.co.uk can send me out another Wii/Phone? The only information I have here is that we spoke to the customer Tuesday morning around 0920, explained that the cancellation was being actioned and the cheque raised for compensation, and the customer requested a call to the partner as well.
This call was made as a courtesy, there was no answer and no voicemail left because we had already spoken to the customer and advised what was happening.
We consider this matter closed; the phone has been returned, the contract cancelled and discretionary compensation paid as a goodwill gesture.

David spoke to my partner and she could not speak due to work which you fully knew about
My partner requested the call because she couldn't talk to him :rolleyes:
David was supposed to call at 10.45 he didn't as everyone knows on here it was run live as it was happening
My phone system registers missed calls and takes messages THERE WAS NO CALL AND THERE WAS NO MESSAGE FROM YOUR COMPANY
I can cope with tall stories Ben and I can cope with the constant errors and total lack of interest by your staff. I cannot cope with the lies that you are relating.
