Again is says they consider it cancelled, it doesn't say it is cancelled.

You said it took you 6 days to get a return sorted? You only posted on the 12th that you decided to return it, and you've just said they had it booked in on the 13th.

What was the original date of order? I'm guessing around the 5th?

We had been phoning from the 5th Aug
I was posting on the 11th after taking the day off work and took the 12th off too.
We wanted to exchange it at first but after tha sad stae of affairs decided to cancell it on the 12th.
Prior to that would have been happy with a phone that worked !
I see it is hard to follow what happened so will do a run through of the events on friday so that it's understandable for people to follow

If you read it properly they consider it closed
Either way there has been no propernotificationvia email or phone or letter etc etc.

Ok, so lets say it is cancelled, the phone has been returned ect ect, why are you still posting on here? What are you after?

You don't get a letter/email or hand delivered song from a strip-o-gram for that matter when you cancel, it just get cancelled.

Because if it was out of the 14 days when it makes it harder for a 3rd party to cancel the contract without termination fees with the network so often takes longer.
