As I said, we have received the phone, are carrying out the cancellation, have sent you a cheque and I have both apologised and explained on here what is happening, and now consider the matter closed. As you're aware we are very, very busy dealing with customers so we simply do not have the time to continue ongoing correspondence.

I have moved this to the thread where it belongs because it gets all mixed up when you start replying on this matter in other threads !!!
So this has now changed again to carrying out the cancellation and yet you said it had been cancelled ????????
I have not had a cheque nor did I ask for one.
You have made many many promises about getting explanations and getting people to contact me but none of which has ever materialised.
Whilst you consider this matter closed I'm afraid untill all the issues relating to this particular incident are resolved I'm afraid it is still open
In case you have lost track of time this has been going on in here for 2 weeks now and we don't seem to have got anywhere apart from empty promises.
I can accept the fact your staff are "very very busy" as you put it, which is no surpise becuase nothing seems to be dealt with and is hardly an excuse for this appaling service and situation !!!It's not just about the money0 -

This is old ground but a phone call was placed to the customer where it was explained that the contract would be cancelled and as a gesture of goodwill for the 5 days you were unable to obtain a returns reference we would be sending a cheque for £50.
I've confirmed we're cancelling the contract, and that we have the phone so I'm unsure what it is you're waiting for? You can accept what I have said here and in other posts as the word of Mobiles.co.uk - this is the point of this profile on MSE.
