Hi,

So are you the customer or the partner of the customer?,
For goodness sake Ben !!!
Get a grip of this Remember it was all explained earlier on and the need for the urgency to sort this out there have been many posts about it including this plea to you on the 12th

Perhaps you could ask Daniel why he didn't send a returns number with instructions instead of replying with an out of stock email ?
Whats going to happen about my 2 days off work 6 hours of phone calls and postage costs ???????????
Meanwhile the situation now remains that I have got a partner going to NY for a few weeks without a phone sorted

Hi,

Sorry but that really doesn't clear up with whom I'm speaking here.

We sent the out of stock email in case the customer wishes to cancel instead of waiting for an exchange - as it happens, you did? There's different returns numbers for exchanges vs cancellations.

We can't be responsible for you taking 2 days off work to sort this out (none of my staff would get away with doing so, for instance), and postage is refunded via cheque normally but in this case would be a part of the compensation offered.

Hi,

Are you doing this just to wind me up Ben because if you are it's working !!
How about this post on the 11th
5.51pm
I posted
Thanks for that, it's over 24 hours since the 1st email now and 3 days before that that we have been trying by phone to sort it out.
I'm not holding out much hope to be honest as I explained to Kelly this morning my partner goes to NY in 8 days time and I need her to have a phone that works up and running after speaking to her and then customer services I would have thought it would have been dealt with today but I was wrong

We didn't want to cancel at first but we needed a phone that worked for NY which you were told about the very first day .....hence the need to sort it asap and hence the need to take the time off work ...how many times do we have to go over and over this when it's all been said and explained before

Now if you don't see the problem here I do and I'm sure that others do too

Quite frankly no we don't. I'm struggling to understand you at all.

Silk for goodess sake, stop skirting around with your rantings and write in black and white what you want mobiles.co.uk to do so we don't have to put up with this thread being bumped up all the time.

• Hi Mobiles.co.uk Rep. Sorry to interrupt silk.....

I have sent a PM regarding my account (you asked me to on page 9 of this thread) but I have not had a reply to the PM.

I did however receive an email from Zoe Hirst today informing me that I need to send my complaint via email to supervisor@mobiles.co.uk.

I have done this, not sure why any of the other members of staff could have forward my email (as I requested on 4th August).

Can I also ask, are you Ben Stroud? Or a different Ben from mobiles.co.uk? If you are Ben Stroud could you confirm why you haven't replied to any of my emails?

Thanks

I have re-checked with O2 and they do not have the £150.

Sorry Mel, I have got your PMs but I'm waiting for someone to get back to me - the other Ben as it happens.

This will get sorted tomorrow for you.
