Wow, what a read, just sat and read the whole thing.
mobiles.co.uk - after reading all this I wouldn't use them.
Silk - you won't get anywhere with the way you are behaving. I'm surprised he/they/whoever it is hasn't told you take a running jump. Count to 10.Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -

Regards,
Have ago at reading his post and your replys to her after BenHi Mobiles.co.uk REP. I am afriad that you are incorrect as I have been complaining to mobiles.co.uk for the past 3-4 weeks and I have not received any replies to my emails. I admit, at the beginning (around 20th July) I had a couple of phonecalls but my complaint has still not been resolved.
I ordered on the 13th July, finally received it on 22nd July wihtout a SIM Card. After several phonecalls (lasting around 1.5 hours each) I received a SIM Card which does not work. I have been informed that I need to pay the postage to return the Wii/Wii Fit and the phone (can't imagine how much tthat would cost!!) in order to place another order so that mobiles.co.uk can send me out another Wii/Phone? I find this very difficult to comprehend.
It is bad enough that Mobiles.co.uk have witheld my £150 "Credit check Fee" and have not even set me up with a contract with O2. (I have also made several phonecalls to O2, they have not got any records of the contract or of them receiving £150 fee, let alone requesting it). I have emailed Zoe Hirst, Ben Stroud and mgordonreid, all of which have not responded.
I am quite happy to forward you all the emails if you require them. I am at a stage now, where I feel mobiles.co.uk owe me compensation for my time and interest on my £150. I reckon I have spent at least 10+ hours dealing with this, it is absolutley ridiculous. Why can't someone just set up the SIM card and post it out????
I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi,
My problem is that I have not received any contact from yourself or mobiles.co.uk. I have sent you 3 or PM's and I am still waiting for a response......0 -
Thanks Silk,
I can see this is going to be very long winded!! Last post from mobiles Rep was that he was waiting to hear back from Ben (Stroud) and would get back to me.
I haven't heard anything. Anyway, fingers crossed, I have sent another PM!0 -

Tried counting to 10 didn't work. In fact have you any idea how far you can count whilst stuck on hold for hours on end !!!!!

Ok latest update no phone calls emails or letters or cheques etc no surprises there.
Had a very nice phone call from O2 regarding the bill that was sent however.
Turns out they have had verification from the people monitoring the situation and that the account would be credited and I should get an updated invoice to confirm that.
Full marks to O2It's not just about the money0 -
At least some organisation are capable of using the telephone. I know from experience CPW and related companies do not seem able to, despite several promises.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0
