Cheques take up to 28 days to arrive. We requested it roughly 14 days ago.Hi there,
Could you confirm your order number or your surname and postcode for me please?
Sorry but I can't locate your emails from last week.
I asked Returns to raise you a £50 cheque and contact you to explain what was happening - sorry that you haven't been contacted, and I'm just trying to confirm the cheque is on its way
Cheers

This is incorrect. I told you multiple times that the contract cancellation took a while to go through, so that if you phoned O2 and they told you it was still live you would know why. The contract was cancelled following our request and we have a reference number from O2 confirming this.
You only said that "AFTER" you found out I had been in touch with O2 and found it had not been cancelled !!!!!!!!!
In fact the bill that came from O2 only came because you had "NOT" cancelled it !!!!!Originally Posted by Mobiles.co.uk company representative
I'm not happy with the delay you say you experienced when trying to request an exchange for the faulty phone, but that's the end of the matter
You say that as if theres only me saying it happened
This whole sorry thread is testament to what we are experiancing with this matter and still it continues.
This buisiness about not getting an apology because of being an ex customer just about sums up the companies attitude to their customers !!!
Its a disgraceIt's not just about the money0 -
Sorry, you're wrong again, bindiboo had their phone connected (according to the definition of connected which our T&Cs have stated since August 2007) in January but delivered in February, so I explained the error, paid the claim out of goodwill (we all make mistakes) and got the website updated to be even clearer about how customers can work out their connection date. This was after 4 pages of yourself and Quentin going on about how this was obviously a case of us refusing a valid claim, etc etc etc, despite not knowing the details.
Thanks for your thoughts,
THAT is another bald-faced LIE. JUST like other cpw clones you pay as a "gesture of goodwill". As far as I'm concerned, I will never now believe anything you say. It wasn't their "mistake" - it was YOUR refusal to pay a legitimate claim. And that wasn't the only example (of course you've ignored the other one which arrived before that one).0 -
Firstly, the word I used was "requested", which you have swapped for "sent"
Errrr I don't think so ????????????Originally Posted by Mobiles.co.uk company representative

Nope definatley looks like SENT to meIt's not just about the money0 -
Firstly, the word I used was "requested", which you have swapped for "sent" to try and make your point; this is par for the course but I thought I'd point it out so you can see why I get frustrated trying to have a sensible discussion with you.
Our secure printing process takes around 14 days (due to oversight requirements and their internal processes; how much do you know about high volume secure printing onto watermarked paper?), and RM accept 2nd class post as lost after 14 days, so "up to 28 days".
But we've been over this many times and you show no sign of accepting these facts, so I don't see any need to repeat the exercise.
Thanks for your thoughts,
Let me restate the FACTS which you constantly twist around. MY t&c say that a payment WILL BE SENT 30 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE CLAIM. It takes more like 50 on every single occasion and has NOTHING to do with Royal Mail - all squriming and excuses are despicable and typical of cpw. There is now NO difference between you and E2Save!0 -
You were already chasing the cheque on the 17th and I shall refer you to your PM about losing my emails etc
This is the first time you have mentioned about waiting for 28days !!!!
You've quoted my post, cutting out the part where I said that cheques may take 28 days to arrive!
Sorry, but you are wrong on your other points too, but I don't have time to continue this discussion. I advised you right from the start that cancellations take time to process, etc.

Please go back and read bindiboo's thread, and then apologise for yet again attacking my company in strong terms based on your own mistakes and incorrect assumptions. Or, don't, but stay out of threads where I have been asked for help and you cannot do anything other than insult both my company and my attempts to help.
Thanks,“Official Company Representative

NEVER.
They aren't "assumptions" and I suggest YOU read the threads when you aren't too busy attempting to drive CUSTOMERS off "your" thread!!0 -

"Requested" where I was talking about the cheque and how long it should take to arrive.
Thanks, and I'm now leaving this thread,“Official Company Representative
