As with almost every other thread you've contributed to you were flat-out wrong about why bindiboo's claim was denied, you used the thread to post lies and completely inaccurate claims about the company based on your own flawed and biased assumptions, and you fled the scene as soon as the customer a) complained about her request for help being 'hijacked' and b) thanked me for helping them understand the issue, and resolving their problem.
All completely unfounded and untrue.
You accuse me of posting lies again. Have the decency to back this accusation up with examples.
You accuse me of fleeing the scene when the OP thanked you for helping (the OP also thanked everyone else who had contributed to the thread!) - but the truth is the thread was locked by MSE, indicating that MSE wanted no more discussion on the matter! Whatever you want to say about me, I do not shirk away from any issue!

In that thread, it was actually you who posted a lie about me (that I had accused you of lying). I pointed this out to you, and you apologised to me!
As far as now saying I posted "lies" in that thread, this is completely untrue, and just another example of the inflammatory posts you make.
The person who mislead us all was the OP in that thread who wrongly informed us (repeatedly) that they had their phone connected in February, when it turned out it was in fact January.
So all posts (and advice given to the OP) in that thread were based on the wrong info (as you know).
Yet irrespective of that I certainly did NOT post any lies whatsover. You know that, so what is your objective in raising it here?
The OP in that thread did explain the mistake, and if you now want apologies over the issue, then you should look to the OP who (inadvertently) mislead us all.
You did accept some responsibilty for this and resolved to make changes within your company so that such confusion could be avoided in future.0 -

The big problem here Ben is that your job seems to nbe working for mobiles.co.uk as a damage limitation guy!
You have your Google alerts set up so that you can "swoop on posts" (your words) so that you can try and put some sort of spin on the situation to limit the damage.
