My thoughts on this:
Ben is fairly high up in the Company and is now seeing what really goes on in the way customers are dealt with!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -

It seems as was first thought Ben is a Marketing Manager and as such does not have much clout which is why his promises all lead to nothing.
The crap he spouted about different people speaking on the company's behalf is rubbish it all comes from -removed- and from now on I don't beleive a word he says

As before, this login will be used by a team of people (I was out yesterday and nothing got done, for instance) much the same as the Voda account.
I passed all queries/complaints on to the relevant department heads to get things resolved but we do have a lot of customers and it takes time - not what you want to hear I know, but the truth.
A couple of the problems I passed on have not been sorted as fast as either of us would have liked but I've done as much as possible to help out MSE users. In certain cases what I've been told by the customer and what actually happened also seems to be different, which doesn't help - because I can only respond to the customer's side of things and the actual outcome may vary if the facts aren't accurate.

David phoned my partner yesterday morning at 9.45 am she was at work and can not take personal phone calls. She explained to DAVID she could not talk. She told DAVID to Ring ME DAVID said he would call me at 10.45am
You will see on this thread I waited and waited and waited No phone call !!!!

When you wish to imply other people use this account are you trying to pass the blame because that does not matter as we are already aware there are a lot of the staff at your company who have been involved already, and none of them do what they promise either !!!!!!!!!!!!!It's not just about the money0 -
Hi Mobiles.co.uk REP. I am afriad that you are incorrect as I have been complaining to mobiles.co.uk for the past 3-4 weeks and I have not received any replies to my emails. I admit, at the beginning (around 20th July) I had a couple of phonecalls but my complaint has still not been resolved.
I ordered on the 13th July, finally received it on 22nd July wihtout a SIM Card. After several phonecalls (lasting around 1.5 hours each) I received a SIM Card which does not work. I have been informed that I need to pay the postage to return the Wii/Wii Fit and the phone (can't imagine how much tthat would cost!!) in order to place another order so that mobiles.co.uk can send me out another Wii/Phone? I find this very difficult to comprehend.
It is bad enough that Mobiles.co.uk have witheld my £150 "Credit check Fee" and have not even set me up with a contract with O2. (I have also made several phonecalls to O2, they have not got any records of the contract or of them receiving £150 fee, let alone requesting it). I have emailed Zoe Hirst, Ben Stroud and mgordonreid, all of which have not responded.
I am quite happy to forward you all the emails if you require them. I am at a stage now, where I feel mobiles.co.uk owe me compensation for my time and interest on my £150. I reckon I have spent at least 10+ hours dealing with this, it is absolutley ridiculous. Why can't someone just set up the SIM card and post it out????
