Call 202 from your O2 phone, select Option 2 and then 2 again. The call will come from your inclusive minutes.

DON'T use 202 you will be using up your inclusive mins, dial/use 100 instead, I use it and it does not come out of my inclusive mins, I got my contract through mobileshop.com so I'm billed by o2 directly.

    Hello all

I have just called retentions and they have said that the change does not determine a change in terms and conditions and therefore this is not a valid reason why my contract can be terminated.

    Help guys..what do I say now?

Don't give up. The first person I spoke to didn't know what I was talking about. I did get results on the second try, however.

It's an increase in charges for making these calls, from free (or rather, included in your allowance) to 25ppm. The airtime contract terms have not changed (by this, I mean the contract we all agree to regardless of tariff), it is the tariff conditions that have changed, and this is (if you use 07744 a lot) to your significant disadvantage; this has to be made clear to the agent. You do have the right to ask to cancel because of this; if the agent stonewalls ask to speak to someone higher up.

I found it helpful to have browser windows showing the appropriate sections of their T&C when I called them.
