How's your tender coming along? That is the right term isn't it? I mean the thing for your job0 -

Fingers crossed for the miracle teething product!
Yup, it is a tender
Slowly!! Actually, hubby has just taken Benjamin out for a walk so I can get some more work done on it. It has to be in by 13 August so I have a while yet (which is good since I am struggling to write it!)
Actually, my husband has turned into an angel recently! Tomorrow he is taking Benjamin to my mums (1 1/2 hours drive away) so I can go and give a presentation to 90 construction workers! I don't normally worry about these things, I spend a lot of time stood up in front of big groups of men in my job and I know my stuff...but I am hoping that I don't break into a sing-song voice halfway through!!
I am also nervous because I am going to have to find somewhere to express halfway through the day. Don't really want to do it in the toilets but I may not have a choice.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I hope I didn't come across as too harsh. I just dislike the whole modelling thing, but that is probably because I'm unattractive :rotfl:
You're not uglySorry had to go out to take the blasted cat to the vets... he FINALLY turned up! ARGH!
(it could be anything between nothing but under the weather and a little anemic and scrawny to leukaemia or a blood paracitebloods should be back tomorrow afternoon so it's just a waiting game now... He seems fine in himself and has done all the time so I'm hoping it's something treatable...)

MFD - I haven't had anything from bizzie either
Obviously they just don't love us
Mookie thanks for sharing your modelling carreerYou explained what I was trying to much better - yes it can be horrid and cut throat and sure there are pushy parents... but the kids modelling for the good names is usually very well run and I do know a few names if I really wanted to push her (which I don't!) to get some work... My sister still does some odd modelling jobs including some in London but I'd rather my daughter never did a single assignment instead of pushing it

I've not caught up on anything today, but this made me laughHave been off visiting my grandad today. Got home with all good intentions of doing all kinds of stuff, but have come over all funny, so am sitting down instead. Washing will be there tomorrow and can knock something easy together for tea later. Feeling sicky and icky - DH was last night and this morning (no idea how he is now, he's still at work), so I assume we have aquired a bug. Hopefuly will be feeling better in the morning, as car has MOT and I have dentist, so will have to walk there while car is being looked at. I can postpone MOT easy enough, but dentist appointments are hard to come by.

You won't regret itAny recommendations for milk storage pots/bags for the freezer?
I brought home 25 x 50ml pots and about 8 x 130ml pots from the hospital and they're nearly all in the freezer now.. Don't suppose anywhere normal does 50ml size pots, do they? (50ml being a Rhys size feed)
i've just given away my extra - damn! i used boots storage bags - really good IMO
And sterilising/cleanliness - Violet has just had dinner. When she'd finished, I went off to search for the baby wipes - and came back to a giggling baby with lovely clean face - the dog had cleaned it for us!
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0
