Orange Price changes ?

Hey,
Been trying to work my way through this post but it has gotten rather unwieldy, so apologies if I'm asking a redundant question!
I'm looking at getting a contract with Orange through Mobiles.co.uk. Does any know whether I'll be affected by these changes? The Mobiles.co.uk site only gives me info on call rates ("calls to other Orange mobiles 12p" etcetc) and not the minimum call charges.
I'm thus a bit mystified: if I buy a contract now (post-orange-announcement), will I start with these new charges or will I have to put up with the hassle of the transition? If the latter, will I then be in the position to cancel?
Truth be told, I just want to get started on a new contract (and away from 3, my current provider) without all the stress! But if I realise that I'm having all my charges change last minute once already begun the contract, I'd like to have the get out of jail free card, too!

You will be part of the new T&Cs.
Reason people have been able to cancel is because Orange have changed the call charges AFTER some people have signed a contract.0 -

Piece of !!!!!
Rang and have the PAC code on the way. Didn't really want to change network or number, but am now trying to decide which is best for me to do. Have seen a deal on Dial-a-phone website for SE W995 that I really like on Orange.
How long would I have to transfer on to a PAYG with another network before I could get a PAC off them to transfer to new Orange contract? Also how long do Dial-a-phone/Orange allow you to give them a PAC code?0 -

The minimum charges are on mobiles.co.uk but they are really difficult to find. (probably on purpose!)
I have printed them out, and they are still saying 5p minimum charges!!!
However they do have a couple of links to Orange's t&c and min. charges, which now have the updated changes, so that will be their getout clause!
Wishful thinking to sign up this week and cancel next week due to these changes lol0 -

Why would you need to go to different network? Some people already reported that Orange took them back no problem.0 -
Thanks for the info, folks.
I'm glad to hear that I'll be saved from the hassle of having to re-read every charge come September. Sometimes it's just better for things to be simpler in life0 -
In my experience its never been possible to use your PAC code on the same network. Its also the advice I am being given from a friend in the business. If someone could confirm that they have received a PAC from Orange, got a new Orange contract and used that PAC to transfer their number across I would be grateful.0

So may I use this post, to ask anotehr question?
I can call them up and say "Hey you changed your T&C, I want to cancel.... but if you want to keep me, I am open to offers..."?
What do people ask for? Early upgrade? Money off? Whats the best mobile to ask for? Currently happy with my Nokia 5800 though....0 -
If you get a better deal, you won't get a new phone.
But lots of people have had some serious reductions.0
