Right everyone - once you cancel what is the next contract & phone you are going for? Just out of interest as I cannot decide.
    Thank you

well i have a htc touch hd less than a month old for sale :D
  • Hi there, new here.

Would this also work if I went into an Orange shop?
I have a contract, Dolphin 35, that I took out last October for 18 months.
We got the text though a couple of weeks ago.
My girlfriend uses the phone now and I can’t phone them as I’m partially deaf.
She would probably get confused if she tried to phone them.
I thought about going into the local Orange shop this weekend armed with a printout from this website.
    Cheers.

i have recieved my PAC code after i canceled on monday. Shall i use it now or wait for the text message to come as i havent recieved one, but then again obviously they agreed that im allowed a PAC code due to the changes so i dont know:confused:

yes that's right however if i were you i would not cut it too fine as ur new provider has to use the pac in order for the cancelation to go through. if they dont use it before the 28th Aug ur contract with orange will go for another month.

i reckon do it a week in advance...it should not be too costly

    Great advice, cheers!

Thinking about going for the sim only from o2, the deal is for 12 months with o2 with £100 cashback from topcasback.

OK so i cancelled my contract 2 days ago, and have today learn't about mobiles.co.uk t&c's whereby i would have to pay the full price of my phone as i am still under 9 months.

If i was to call Orange and have my account re-instated would this mean that i am agreeing to the new price changes or could i call the next day and give them 5 months early notice because of the price change...not sure what to do as it seems mobiles.co.uk have a right to request money from me
