generally you cant without incuring fees
but with them breaking the contract i dont think it applies

Ah right so if i cancelled the agrement with Orange for no reason Dialaphone wouldnt allow this.

But since Orange are changing costs etc i am therfore allowed on both halfs? How will Dialaphone know that i cancelled because of this reason though?

I am 10 months into an 18 month contract. Would I still be able to cancel my contract?

My 18 Month contract was not due for upgrade until November and termination in Feb 2010, I have just today (30/07/09) sucessfully requested my PAC code and left Orange in a call that lasted no more than two and a half minutes, PAC is in the post.

I received my text on 18th July.

    Hope this helps.
