just been told that as i am on canary plan i cant cancel as it doesnt effect me, anyone else had this?
took out contract in november 20090 -

I just tried and was told my contract has already changed to one of the new price plans, my contract started at the end of may and was an upgrade, the first operator said everyone was effected but the cancellation dept says my contract is already set to the new prices, does anyone know if this is correct?0

Ok, just had along conversation with an orange advisor, they are sending text to everyone by 13th august (as they have to give a minimun 30 days notice) they have this evening been given a specific directive informing them that they can only cancel once the text message has been received! Advises wait for the text which will be next week then phone!0

it wouldnt affect you if you didnt take out the plan for another 3 months
geez expecting to cancel before you even take out a contract lol

i was told by customer services that not every plan would be affected mostly the animal ones are affected
