Orange Price changes ?
Comments
-
Sometimes I think Orange are on Crack ....
I managed to get my contract cancelled. But I want to go back to orange. (free phone upgrade is my reason for this:)
The guy I spoke to this afternoon said yes it was do able. Advised that I will call back later.
When I later called back, was told that the upgrade wasn't possible because I requested a PAC code and that my contract was back dated...
This is the kind of misinformation that made orange send out a press release...
P.S I think I managed to do the upgrade via my on-line orange account...0 -

Just becuase evilsheep has a different opinion , it is allowed you know. The thread is about the price changes not I HATE ORANGE!
You've just proved evilsheeps point by being so rude
This is what Orange wants. They want to divide us.
LOL lol0 -

Sorry mate, I agree with Jase. He/she (Evilsheep) passed on judgement without even reading the whole thread (I think) as after Orange revoked the change there were maybe 2 or 3 people asking about cancellation while the rest were going on about Orange going back on their word.
It was written with arrogance and I didn't like the tone of it either.0 -

I was being perfectly calm and amicable about the whole debate, but i take exception to being sneered at in a reply, from some 'know-nothing-know-it-all'.
It seems you chose to ignore his rude comments.0 -

I think you'll have to ring them for clarification.
Just phoned (cringe) but it was pleasant and at least now I know which PAC to use.0 -

I read all of his/her posts and they didn't come accross as rude to me. Yours was a personal attack and childish name calling. I thought we were all adults on here?! By leaving people replies like that the thread will just end up getting locked. You can ignore people's replies if you don't like them you know.0 -
And this excuses such flippant dismissals of my opinion does it? I'm sorry for those who have had bad experiences with Orange, but I'm not one of them (and there are many thousands like me no doubt). For the benefit of a balanced viewpoint, I posted my opinions here. This is an open forum, and there are no 'only post here if you share our opinion' style threads. Good luck with pursuing the Communications Act 2003. Personally I'd think your time would be better served on other things (didn't you say you had exams?), such as assisting those who were sent PAC codes and then had their cancellation revoked. This is a genuine violation of rights in my eyes.
It did not. And yes there are probably still alot of customers. But as you can tell most on here are annoyed and still seeking advice.
But your timing on when to say you like and are happy with Orange is not well taken.
Given Orange have lied to us so far - in regard to Ofcom agreeing to there actions.
You may not be an employee of Orange - but that does not mean you do not have a family member, or are maybe another company employed by Orange to sort out such forums to try 'flaunt' how happy you are with Orange.
Can you appreciate where I am coming from here? I appreciate where you are coming from.0 -

Welldone and I hope you the best of luck in your future Mobile company choice. I can only assume for now you will be looking around (not directly at Orange first)0 -
