Orange Price changes ?

Was just thinking now that I've got my PAC code. Will Orange give any offers to keep me from moving, e.g. phone upgrade

A rep from Orange has already confirmed "that customers that have requested their PAC code “will still get it”, meaning if you had already confirmed your cancellation and requested to transfer your number to another provider, the cancellation still stands".
People that cancelled already have not reported any problems using the PAK code so far. Did Orange phone you to tell you that they are going to charge?
Have you read the OP's post at all?0 -

But Orange have blocked some cancellations even after they have agreed verbally on the phone to them.0 -
Well either Orange admit guilt in giving 'wrong legal advice' (aka no sir/madam you cannot cancel) or the representatives can be held liable personally.
Telling no you cannot cancel a legally binding document, is to me offering legal advice which is wrong.
So will Orange take the blame or the staff individually?
Interesting one.0 -
A friend of mine who works for Orange (not in Customer Services or anything 'entry level') told me today that as of a few days ago, 25-30,000 customers would have been lost if these changes went ahead - and that's without factoring in any calls from this weekend onwards.0

Did it come 1st class mail or was it recorded delivery?0 -

So not like mobiles.co.uk representative suggested - "orange is expecting only 4 digit numbers of people to cancel"...0
