Your bill is viewable online, through the 'My Account' option on Orange's website. If you haven't already registered for this, I'm not sure whether you'll be able to view your account online.0 -

I used to view my bills online, however since the number is ported, it says the number does not exist?0 -

Hopefully that means that your account has been closed, and therefore there's no payment owing?0 -

Just a little more info on my success story for you all:
When I called Orange direct via 150 on my phone I had NO luck. Spoke to some very rude, script using human beings, and got NOWHERE. As soon as I rang Ofcom and got that reference number I was taken much more seriously - that reference number is like gold dust, so so valuable!
You know you're onto a good thing when the exec.'s put you through to someone else; you will almost always get your disconnection request accepted from the sounds of things.
I got told this morning however, by an exec. that Ofcom had fully endorsed what they were doing. I proved him wrong; quoted my reference number and said that Ofcom had said it was within my rights to cancel and that if he disagreed I'd like to begin the escalation process. Suddenly I was right about everything and my disconnection was put through, getting disconnected tomorrow. Already found a fantastic deal on T-Mobile, and won't be using Orange again!!0 -

Just wanted to post an update.
I phoned ofcom and got the reference number, phoned back to orange with the number they gave me and got through to a nice lady from disconnections. I explained everything and she said she had to check my account to see if I had either gone over the minutes or used any numbers that would be affected by the price change.
Thankfully I had a 4 second call to an 0800 number last month so she said I could cancel, it then took me another 10 minutes to convince her that the 2nd phone on the same bill was not a separate contract and that she should be allowing me to cancel that too.
Although she was quite nice it seems that orange are making it as difficult as possible to cancel. No matter how many times I tried to explain that just because this change wouldn't have affected me in the past 3 months, it doesn't mean that it won't in the future. She just kept insisting that the orange were legally allowed to do this. If it wasn't for that call I made I don't think there was any way she was letting me cancel.
I'm really curious how badly this has hit orange, are we talking hundreds or thousands?0 -
Does it have to be an 08 phonecall or does using data count0
