Orange Price changes ?

Really annoyed it's now 6:51 on monday, and my phone has still not been disoconnected, i assumed it wold be immidiate but still nothing..

are Orange just messing me around

Did you specify an immediate disconnection? I thought they disconnect after 30days.

Yeah i did, and i was told on two occasions it would be this weekend..

why is nothing ever clear cut and simple.

and if they turn around to me and say they reviewed it or something and it can't be cancelled after saying it would be, then i'll just be cancelling the direct debit and they can do what they like

Anyone told they'd be disconnected sunday at midnight and not been disconnected yet ? or been disconnected

They cannot disconnect over a weekend, mine was cancelled Saturday, and was said it would be disconnected as of Midnight Monday.

Thats what im assuming, as today is the first day of their disconnection week. If not the calls are recorded, by law we can request they listen to them, or take them to court where they would have to provide the call record.

BUT AGAIN NO ONE GIVE UP, AS THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT, STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

I AM STILL FIGHTING MY PARTNERS CASE, AS SHE USES IT MORE THAN ME AND IV CANCELLED AND SHE CANT (YET!!!)

Well i got told sunday at midnight as from 00:00 its the disconection day, yet nothings been done, i'm going to ring up today and find out for sure then. and yes, if they deny they said they'd cancell ill willingly go to court about it now, i was on speaker phone at the time also so i have a witness aswell as the fact there recorded calls

It's me you and Kernal so far. however this could be because they were not clear and it's midnight tonite, however im ringing up at 8:30 to find out
