In the last 6 years I have had 3 loans each sold to me with PPI.
I feel that this PPI was sold to me incorrectly.
One loan was for 5k and for 7k and then the final one was for 14k.
All loans are now settle, but am sure I can still claim.
Is it worth me chasing this with loan companies, does it sound like if I win i could receive a high amount of cash back?
3 companies involved are LLoyds, AA and Alliance and Leicester, which to my knowlegde have all been fined for this issue.
Please advise
Thanks
Kev

i am concerned the sales assistant that sold me the policy has no financial background and the policy was not sold in my best interests
the salesperson stated / implied that taking out the policy would assist my credit application.
The salesperson was very pushy in selling me the policy so that I felt I could not say no.
Are those good enough grounds?

Hi Kev
Well I think you have good reason there to reclaim.
The sales person more of less told you it was basically the part of having the loan.
And of course you were pressurised.
Go for it.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
