I think they longer they take the hard it will be to claim in back, if they reply saying sorry here is the cheque, they no they are so in the wrong.

Just need AA and A&L to reply next.

Now down to 6 weeks, still no reply for A&L, but replies from the others.

Hey Kev, this is nothing, if they do not uphold it then you are looking at waiting another 12 + months at the Ombudsman. Lets hope they do.

Well contacted A&L this morning as I still have not received any confirmation email from them regarding receipt of my complaint. Good job i rang them up the day the letter was delivered for my complaints reference number.

Lady of the phone said they had resolved it today and she could she anything on the system to what they have agreed to. Basically told me to wait and see what the letter says
