Received a letter from Lloyds letting me know they are investiagting it and have said it may take a little time to have this issue resolved. By bare with them
Ha they have 7 more weeks to give me a proper response and letter number 2 will be sent.

I think they longer they take the hard it will be to claim in back, if they reply saying sorry here is the cheque, they no they are so in the wrong.

Well contacted A&L this morning as I still have not received any confirmation email from them regarding receipt of my complaint. Good job i rang them up the day the letter was delivered for my complaints reference number.
Lady of the phone said they had resolved it today and she could she anything on the system to what they have agreed to. Basically told me to wait and see what the letter saysLLoyds TSB LOAN - Currently Stage 1
