I am not expecting it to be an easy ride to be honest.
Some companies are more lenient that others, one of mine taken less that a month with just one letter, yet the others have not been easy to deal with, but hopefully yours will be straight forward, but if not, the best thing is to keep fighting.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Lloyds TSB were not easy for me, they even sold me PPI with my credit card and I was not working and still did not agree with me, but the FOS sorted it.
However, recently I note they are resolving direct, so with a bit of luck it will be the same for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

There's a lot of money there Kev, and you will eventually win this back, if they do not resolve this for you and if any of them end up with the FOS, I would request for a distress payment on top as well on top of what is owed to you, because I know how much stress this can cause, you have been out of pocket due to this and the FOS done this for me as well, especially in regards of Lloyds and Nemo.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

This can vary, there is actually some information on this on the FOS website somewhere, but with the Nemo case it was I think £200 or £250 extra and £100 extra on my lloyds case, depends what the FOS discreetly thinks.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
