Hi Kev.
Do not be nervous. You know what happened in that meeting and if they advised you to take the PPI so that you would get the loan then you have a good case. So go for it. People on here can guide you through it if you decide to go with it.
If you can get it sorted through the lender then that is quicker. If it goes to the Ombudsman it can take up to 18 months. What do you think is the best way forward for you?:mad:0 -
You have to decide your own reasons Kev but there are lots on the PPI reclaiming guide. I would add as many that are applicable to your case. Don't be nervous though. They can only say "no" but lots have had redresses without going to FOS and yours could be one of them. Just keep posting on here when you hear anything or if you have more questions. There are lots of good "guiders" here and people that have been in the same positions too.anyone?

Good luck Kev.
Keep on at them and if they do not resolve in your favour, you always have the financial ombudsman service (FOS) later on, hopefully though they will be resolved direct - fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
