Yes there is no harm in doing so, or even give them a ring.
If you any letters, the contact details should be enclosed on them, but otherwise contact the one on the link below however, it may be quicker to give them a ring.

Latest up date is that its in its final stage and waiting for an ombundsman.

However its been like this for 7-9 months now.

16 months on and still awaiting FOS to assign a ombudsman and Lloyds have told me on the phone case is on hold pending the court case decision.

Not winning the battle on this one it seems

Hi Kev, my last 2 Lloyds reclaims are still sitting with them, and have been since before xmas, but we are all hoping for some news maybe over Easter time, even though there may not be any decisions made on the JR, maybe we will hear of something, good news we hope anyway.
