Well
A&L have recevied my confirmation of the acceptance letter along with the letter advise I have only excepted this offer it this redress puts me back in the sitution where I did not have the PPI in the first place or I if I found out in the future this is incorrect, I will be entitled to another claim via FOS.
Fingers crossed it will make them rethink the first offer!
I also have 5 other claims outstanding all on stage 1 of 3
Cool, and yes it may make them rething, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Well by the sounds of the phone call I had with them yesterday, it may have well made them think as the girl on the phone advised me they were investigating it.LLoyds TSB LOAN - Currently Stage 1

Now for the last 2 weeks Lloyds have been awaiting for a copy of the cosumer credit agreement I signed at point of sale, basically the loan agreement, yet we are moving onto the 3rd week and the department has still not sent. This is the final piece of information need according to LLoyds to make a decision.
Now when i first started complaining to LLoyds 4 weeks ago I asked for a copy of the loan agreement, which was sent to me 2 days later.
How come its taken LLoyds almost 4 weeks and they still dont have it, then they had the cheek on the phone to ask me to send a photcopy of it in as it will speed up my claim.
Where do I stand and what shall I do?LLoyds TSB LOAN - Currently Stage 1

Hi Kev
You have waited long enough, I would ring the Information commissioners Office (ICO), ask them advice on this or ask if they could help in this case, because you require the information for a reclaim, they should lead you in the right direction from here now Kev, good luck and please let us know what they say, contact details on the link here of ICO.
https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx
Think the contact details are towards bottom of page.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Really ?
I am shocked to hear that, didn't they not suggest what direction you should take from here?
Sometimes they say contact the FSA.
I have never gone that direction with the ICO, but going by what others on here have done.
FSA here:
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/Pages/Data_Protection/index.shtml
I do hope they can help, because if I have to end up going this direction myself I like to know where to go from there.
I think they should have a contact page on the FSA site as well Kev.;)
You can also email data protection team FSA here as well:

Hi Kev
This is Lloyds all over. Good luck though.;)
Blimey that is a low offer, I take it your going to tell them you want the whole lot of the PPI, plus the interest back?
Tell them "You were mis sold, due to your reasons, and not going to accept the £45.13".
If they do not agree again you always have the FOS, hopefully they will at least offer a more reasonable amount, also ask them for a full written breakdown of calculations, tell them your entitled to have these for your records.
Fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
