Spoke to LLoyds again today they are just awaiting a copy of the loan agreement from the branch I took the loan before the give there findings

Well slight change

Sent off the acceptance letter to A&L with the above letter, so awaiting feed back.

Called LLoyds and there still investigating.

However AA who said they had sent off the an offer form have now said they aint sent one and are till investigating...strange

Some companies are easier than others, the easiest I had was Liverpool Victoria, it had taken approx 4 weeks from our letter of complaint to them paying out.

The most difficult one we had were Nemo Personal Finance, that one taken 14 months alone through the FOS.

Lloyds TSB can be just as bad but this one again the FOS dealt with, did not take as long as the Nemo case but lloyds were very hesitant.

However, we have more cases to deal with and I don't expect them to be that easy as they are again with Lloyds TSB, just not got round to dealing with these ones yet.

We will keep everything crossed for you anyway.;)

Well I also got the ball rolling with

Lloyds again for a credit card PPI
Halifax for CC PPI
and Capital one CC PPI

Am on a roll at the min

Well

A&L have recevied my confirmation of the acceptance letter along with the letter advise I have only excepted this offer it this redress puts me back in the sitution where I did not have the PPI in the first place or I if I found out in the future this is incorrect, I will be entitled to another claim via FOS.

Fingers crossed it will make them rethink the first offer!

I also have 5 other claims outstanding all on stage 1 of 3
