Mum to one be careful what you wish for (tall dark handsome male). Many moons ago when I was a nanny and looked after four boys the two older ones started to tell them that FC was not real (which if course we all know he is). WE took them all to see FC in a dept store in Watford and to show them that I knew he was real I asked FC fro a tall dark handsome stranger.
Off we went into a very busy town centre on a day when Watford were playing Man UTd or some such big team. Mrs W went into a shop leaving me outside with the boys and all the shopping. Now I had a habit of passing out in crowded places (can you guess what is coming next) and true to form I did. I am round to 2 policemen asking the boys who else was with us and sending the two older ones in to get mummy from the shop.
Mrs W came out took one look at the situation and turned to the boys and said see boys FC does exist Kate asked for one tall dark handsome man and he's given her two.
Talk about wishing the ground would open up and swallow me. Kate :hello:0 -

Mary-Op fingers crossed for your OH, hope all turns out to be ok - will be sending you positive thoughts x
Mum2One thanks so much for keeping this thread going, it's a huge help and a lot of fun.
We have a blue sky here today which is miraculous, poor OH has been getting soaked all week (SE gardener) so at least he'll be dry today.
Got another £25 voucher from DooYoo yesterday and I'm planning on spending it on my xmas present, just can't think what I want - I'm awful to buy for, so bad I find it hard to even buy for myself! I just think of all the things the money would be better spent on, lol. Though I love buying for other people.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I was induced for all of my pregnencys as my DS went 2 weeks overdue and i had pre eclampsia with my DD's. I had the drip to induce me in all 3 labours so you dont get the built up of contractions it was just wham bam in full labour but i did manage with breathing techniques and a bit of gas and air. My youngets daughters labour was so painful it was horrible and i am relieved she is our last child as she had been my first i would never of had another child because of the painI had to changeg my t-shirt after reading your post, i spluttered my cup of tea out after reading how quick ur labour was..
DD took her time in coming, they did a sweep on the Wed and told me I'd have her by the Friday, (in a way I'm glad she didn't as that was sisters bday and would of been hard for parents), my waters broke on the Sat ngt, 7pm, contractions started at 2am sunday am, then she finally arrived at 11.55am sunday ...... just in time for opening hours...... xx
Opps sorry about your t-shirt. My labours were very quick. Good job i am not having anymore (oh has had the snip ) as i prob wont make it to the hospital if i went into labour at home

Oh good luck Sarah. My second 'new' laptop has gone back to Argos Clearance Bargains, and me thinking it must be an ACER related issue, braved buying an SD card from the same seller. Amazing how a 1gig SD card only holds 185mb!!! ARGGHGHHHHHHH!!!! I've tried reformatting and everything!! All I want is about 250mb to stick photos in a digital photo frame for my Nan! What a blinking waste of time. Again. Won't shop from them again in a hurry!!
