Thought I was dreaming this morning that I was on I'm a celebrity doing a "bushtucker challenge"

fast on it, and the next thing I know theres something furry on my face.......

It was Bailey, he had shot past dad as he opened the kitchen door, upstairs and as my door was the only one open, he apparently shot in, jumped up on the bed, tried to get into bed, gave up and lay across my face....( apparently I was sleeping on my back....... mouth open (i can't believe through my nose.....) with his head on the pillow and his bum across my mouth.....
I thought I was dreaming, till I asked, must of been out for the count as it apparently took a few minutes for Bailey to move everytime he got moved by dad, he shot back to the pillow......

Think he's sizing up the bed........ x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Hi helen.

Welcome to the thread, def will be up and running again for 2010, the new thread will start 24th Jan, - just as we've kept all Santas challenges for the 24th, just seems the best date to start.

When the new thread done all info etc will be on here.

If its any help, if you go to post 1, theres a list of challenges that were set throught the year, don't panic you don't have to do them, just to give you an idea.

As Sarah would say grab a coffee, or from me grab a cup of tea..... put ur feet + have fun xx

Hello all :j You're all very busy again...............I'm not........lol well apart from messing about with bits of glue and paper..............lol
OH broke the news to me this afternoon that when he was at the hospital doctor told him there was something lurking in his lung, just a case of whether its benign or malignant:eek: He didn't tell me yesterday as didn't want to talk about it and can't blame him for that. Either way looks like he'll be in hospital to have whatever it is removed..................so, can I ask for a few prayers, lighted candles...........anything that might give us the answer we want.........that it's nothing more than a nuisance. Thanks all.

Now, to get back to more positive things.............
98jdougl - love the idea of family tree/scrapbook............I want to do something along those lines next year for my two sons. Would love to see some piccys when you've done.
I've been doing my family tree and got a bit stuck now........can't find anyone else but when you're looking for the Smith family it ain't easy................lol:confused:

helen =- welcome to the thread. Jam packed with all sorts of ideas, plans and bits of chit chat.

mum2one -you do make me laugh with the antics in your household...................lol Keep it up:rotfl:

Well, off to see what the rest of site is up to............only just logged on so bit late in the day............

Thankyou all for your kind thoughts..........its so much appreciated.
Despite all the worry I'm getting on with christmas decorations to hang across the dresser..........so far 3 hearts, two stars, two christmas trees, made out of scraps of fabric -trying to get that 'primitive/folky look'.............lol Not sure what other shapes I can do unless I do yet more of what I've done......... Had a look at a google image and saw some put together with little narrow cotton reels covered in green check ribbon..........just the thing thought I............checked sewing box and I've got one !:rotfl: Back to the drawing board I think with that one......................lol
Off for the soft sofa and some tele now..........will think again tomorrow about christmassy bits if I get the chance.........young girl coming to hoover/mop floor for me and I'm off to the nurse practitioner in the afternoon for a magical 'cold/cough' cure........

Can I just say a massive thank you to everyone on this thread, both new and old posters, without you all this thread would of fell flat on its face.

We're a great bunch of ladies, and very organised by Christmas, and I'm very honoured to be part of it all.

Love setting the challenges, makes me more organised, and great to find others that like me, love Christmas, need to be organised for a 1001 reasons, and all love a bargain or 2.

I keep asking Santa for tall, dark, handsome male, but guess he's busy with all the little'uns.....!!! Maybe one day.......xx

    1. :AA big thanks to you for organising the thread in the first place it has organised me to a completely different level than ever before :A

    2. I'll ask Santa for one for me too! :D

Not v.christmassy this week - had a stinking cold and bad cough that has kept me awake for the last 3 nights until gone 2am.

Anyway off work tomorrow and trying to knock myself out with 2 glasses of wine and then get some more chrismassy items at the weekend
