    Hi all :j
Every intention of tidying my desk up today and going into town to get a few bits but got way laid with some sewing..............was trying to do some primitive folk art type stuff...............turned out rubbish in the end so I might as well not have bothered:mad:
Oh well.............gone off the boil now so everything can wait until tomorrow-wish I'd gone shopping now.............oh well, least I've saved a few quid...........lol:rotfl:
I did finish off my friends bag of tricks for christmas............forgot I hadn't wrapped up the notebook I'd covered in fabric for her - so thats another one done.
Must get around to doing a flannel reindeer..........got one flannel left so might as well use it and one of the girls I used to foster is having a few things this year - well not so much her but her little boy. Might do a little Christmas Eve box for him.
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Ahh cdsmiler - hope you ok, must have been awful, hope you have your feet up and watching christmas films...I'm supposed to be resting but I've got the nesting bug I think!! just 4 days left but dd came early so could be any time now - I hope.

Managed to get dd the barbie miette cat in the sainsbury sale so got a bargain there - wasn't going to get it but the saving was so great, from 70 to 35 and I think she is getting spoilt this christmas what with the broken arm and everything. Her main pressie is a dolls house, she has one already so we have to go bigger and better so am going for a 4ft one we've seen that takes barbie sized dolls, found one for 85 pounds on amazon but I have 40 amazon vouchers sitting here so will only need 45 cash :-) So just got to get operation the game with my argos or tesco vouchers and I'm done.

My husband isn't getting much cos he wants to get a tattoo before christmas but then he's just gone and asked for some jean paul gautier after shave - and it's so expensive...will have to start looking around for some on sale somewhere?? or the cheapest option!!?? don't want to pay 35pounds for it!

Still got lots to do but will have plenty of time once babys here for wrapping and making tags (I hope)

Bought a pack of ten christmas boxes in home bargains the other day and when I got them home they were all lids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 99p wasted.
Also bought a christmas craft pack for the bairn, ooh it's getting exciting.

Right that's it gonna go and dig out elf and watch that this morning with daughter - see if she'll watch it with me!!!???

Typical man, don't know if its any cheaper at www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, or try Boots, or Superdrud, they usually have deals on. xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

If there are any biscuit lovers out there Sainsbugs are selling the tins of Cadbury's Chocolate Biscuits half price for £3.99. They come in a heartish shaped purple tin and I saw them full price at £7.99 in Mr A

I'm sure the supermarkets will be juggling around the offers over the next few weeks but I thought I would just mention it for now as if any of you like them it is worth getting them now either for you, a pressie or a hamper.

I'm just researching some Christmas card designs and I opened up all my crafting papers etc as it was all stored in a hotspot in the spare room. I have chucked out the broken storage trolley it was all stored on in boxes as part of the room declutter.

I have a ton of unused craft stuff so I will craft a few cards for Christmas this year, I am determined to use some of this as it is gorgeous.

The spare room declutter is goign quite well and I can at last reach the radiator to switch it on and heat the room up a little.

A flying hi from Morrisons...... (only place dongle will work!!).

CDSMiller - hope ur ok, u get some rest.

Mary-Op - hope all goes ok with husband.

3-cheeky-princesses (soz if wrong way round), so soory to hear you have been mucked around with the apps for Great Ormand street, won't they let you go to a hosp nearer?

HALFCOST - Its usually a Friday they add new lines onto the system.

give u all a laugh, theres about 20 free range chickens where were staying theres 2 thats really cheeky, a big black one dd has nicknamed fluffball, and a scrawny white one, which wont come for the bread, it expects it to be chucked direct to them.

Getting ready this morning, there was a tap tap at the side door, course Bailey shot there 1st, tail wagging, the scrawny one + fluffball had come down the side of the cottage and tapping the glass panel, as if to say move!!

getting sorted with dads xmas prezzie, so far he has 20 bottles tradational beers, local ciders, so that should keep him happy.

dd / us - got to get 3 wii controllers and 3 motion sensors - then she's finally done and Mario Winter olympics - waiting for our local Currys to get that got a £35 voucher so it will be a bonus.

Hope everyone ok, def interested in the alternative posting, do they do all areas, + is there a weight restriction, got couple of parcels to go, and Royal Mail or DHL too expensive.

Def getting into the xmas bug, decided were making our xmas cake next Sat, and brought a couple of xmas mags, and "A Christmas Carol", the one with George C Scott, made in 1982, as it was made in Shrewsbury, so really sentimental.

    xx

Today I got Muppets christmas movie (their version of its a wonderful life) and my mum also bought that santa buddy's as she's a teacher and its just right for the age of the kids she teaches. So I will have a watch of that before it is lost to the school and never seen again.

MIL pressie has arrived today and Im really pleased with it.

All I need to do now is order my dads pressies off amazon, and pick up those chocolate christmas characters from thorntons which are on offer 3 for 2, I have two earmarked as pressies and the 3rd is for me:D
