Thanks Sarah, I have loved making it. I have sewn a label to go on the back will have to stitch it on tonight when she has gone to bed. The lady who did the course wants us to take them in to show her so she can take photos then I can get it wrapped up.

Rufusdog that Quilt is amazing, must have taken ages! Do you do it by hand or on a machine?

The pieces were sewn together by machine but it was hand quilted. It has taken about 5 or 6 weeks to make.

Rufus well done on making your quilt - I need to make a note to remind myself to make at least one next year!

Have just been making some HM gifts
Chilli Oil x3 (2x dried chillis and 1x fresh chillis)
    Spice Oil x2
    Vanilla Sugar x1

Just a few more HM items to make ready to go into mum's HM hamper alongside her 'girls night in' hamper

Bought some luggage label tags yesterday to attach to the bottles and jars with ideas for what they can be used for and use by dates (idea stolen from Nigella's Christmas book!)

The dried chilli oil looks beautifully golden. All ready for straining and bottling in 2 weeks time.

Got the last bits from my Christmas Eve hampers yesterday from Lush

Mum's present is practically ready now just a couple more HM things to do and brother's present just needs a few more things (£20 left from budget to spend).

Just need to make a few Christmas cards then on target!
