How can i get the voucher code to redeem this offer.
I gave correct details but have not received the activation link email so have no code to enter although i can get logged in as a registered user the dongle is still full price..

Hi,
I applied for one of these, after seeing it in Martin's e-mail, on the 19th May. I received confirmation on the 19th and the £4.95 was taken from my card on the 19th but no sign of delivery yet. I've tried ringing the contact number, 0870 460 7706, but no reply. Some people have posted on this forum that they received their's the day after ordering. Is anyone else still waiting.

I found another review on a different site written today that says 3 don't offer GPRS on their mobile broadband.

I think I'll give it a miss just in case and go with O2 as that definitely should work on 2G.
Thanks asbokid that's a cracking deal. I'll use that one. Works out cheaper than Martin's deal!

I applied and got a code emailed through no problems this morning. Have you checked your spam folder? ;contacted your ISP to see if they autofilter what they think might be spam?
Failing that, there is an email address given in the "still waiting" thread....0 -
Whoever set the website up for them must of forgot to redirect the order form to the https.
When I ordered mine I just stuck the https in myself.

I started trying last night to orderthe free dongle. All went well to start with, the e mail arrived with a voucher code, and I was able to go through the ordering process up to the point where I was asked to enter the Mandatory Reference Number.
As there was no indication where to find this, I tried some of the reference numbers given on the order page. Each time I was led through the whole process, including Verisign, only to be told that my payment had been refused because I had 'already validated the order'.
Tried with a different card, same result, so I gave up for the evening.
This morning I rang them and was asked to try again. Same result.
Called back and asked to reply to their e mail (the one with the voucher code) explaining the problem. Did this at 13.07 and have had no response whatever. I have since taxed my van on line using the same debit card without any problem at all, so it's not my card causing the problem.
I reckon that this could be a partial scam. Mostly legit, but creaming off a few e mail addresses and card details here and there.
Have just tried again with my wife putting in her details, but it won't even accept the initial registration now.

3 removed GPRS fallback a while ago as it was costing them a fortune. When a call or data session deviates from the 3G network which 3 run, it costs them money as they have to pay the network onto which they piggy-back for their 2.5G services.0
