I can't post links being new.
  • I used Safari, clicked continue when states about certificate, then entered https in the address bar at card info page, brings a secure page, all works fine from there.

I have called Three and found out your commitments on a PAYG dongle

You first have to register the dongle and buy £10 credit. This credit as with all credit lasts 30 days and puts your credit card on file.
You have to use the dongle within a 6 month period from the last time you used it else the Sim is cancelled – so therefore you have to buy £10 credit again
If you have no credit on the dongle you can still plug it into your notebook and connect to the Three site to buy credit, hence leaving your credit card details with them
Once the credit runs out there is no over run and so no £1 per mb

    Hope this helps
  • I am also holding off on this until the security is fully up to scratch. Having to put https manually before the address is a very poor way of doing it. The offer's good, however I've never done mobile internet - is it any good? Would it be useful for instance for online gaming/racing a couple times a week?

I wont be leaving my card details with them, I'll buy a £10 top up voucher with cash and use that. (until my o2 Iphone sim turns up ;) )

They run a pretty bad e-commerce site!

I got a load of Javascript errors, then a spattering of SQL constraint errors, HTTP 404s, insecure page warnings, and no confirmation email!

And all for a £5 dongle!

Not good for the blood pressure!

Nevertheless, many thanks to the OP who stumbled on the deal!!
