BT have one at £49.99 for 12GB if you have their home broadband..Not Again0

That code isn't working , the best I can find is 3COMP which takes it down 3% to £121.240

Thank you very much Stuart: I have just ordered one from Dixons using a new code for a 5% discount. The price was £118.24. I have learned that the reason it is so cheap is that it uses an old style HUAWEI modem, a bit like a spoon rather than a sleek USB pen!
So long as it works with both Windows and LINUX, and the price does not drop further, I will be happy with it.
The only problem is, should I wait until my remaining 2.5gb on my current 12bg dongle is finished before trying it? I can make what I have got last until September when it expires, but that is a bit late to discover that the 24gb does not work.
I have seen the 24gb kit being offered free, but it is 'bait' for an expensive mobile phone contract.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Is anyone else getting "The credit card payment for order n° has been refused." I've called my bank and they say there is no reason why this payment should have been refused.0

Yes, I got that with one card. I used a different card (one that is registered for verification) and it went through just fine.0

Hi,
My Dad wants mobile web access (basic stuff like checking sports scores and news) but unfortunately most of the places he wants to use it are unlikely to have decent 3G i.e. half of Wales.
Does the cheap 3 dongle Martin's got on the money tip back off to GPRS when it can't get 3G?
I saw a posting on another site that suggested it can't do this and that 3 had stopped offering 2G support but wasn't sure if this was true.
If not I guess maybe an O2 one might be better?
Thanks

Well mine steps down to GPRS when it can't find a 3G signal. I can't believe they don't support lower speeds, because so much of the UK outside the big cities does not yet have adequate 3G coverage. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Decided against this, security's still not up to scratch, and I have no 3 3G service in Lowestoft.0

If it's no go for Three in your area, then have a look at the O2 dongle deal...
Best way to check for coverage in your area is to visit OFCOM's mast sitefinder website....
