I dont klnow what to do!!!! i have a po box address to Scotland somewhere and a return address to America!! i put my cancellation number in the package and returned to sender. What is the best thing to do here? please help, am worried sick!!!!
was the return to sender a address in bedford/UK? and have you a track number? with the track number you're quiet safe.
speak with your cc and tell them that you've been scammed. give them the cancellation number as a proof that you canceled everything. don't be afraid of these extra charges. I really, really doubt they would inform their lawyer. :rotfl:
this company is living from people who are scared to death or who are too confused to think rationally. have a deep breath! the main thing is that they can't take more money from you. now you can relax a bit and think about what to do next. you send it back already, now call them to get a refund. keep cool, stay polite but let them know that you won't accept less than a refund for the whole amount.
my experience is, that the guys on the phone are quiet nice and they really try to help us. you just have to be as strong as a rock to make them clear that they can't fraud you like this. tell them you will inform your bank, your solicitor and some institutions like BBB, watchdog etc.

After ordering a free trial I immediately looked for evidence of a scam and came up with loads of posts/complaints on a number of sites. I cancelled the free trial within an hour of placing the order and also instructed them not to ship anything. I received an email advising me that the order had been cancelld( without any reference number) and via the WebSupportCenter printed out my evidence of Trial Cancellation. Today I've received one packet with a return address as follows:

I intend to return the unopened packet to the above address recorded delivery. Any thoughts please?0 -

cancelled my credit card but still recieved the trial sample.

:mad::mad:I can't believe that I have done this as well as 'extreme white'. There are a few of you that say you are calling the company, can any one let me know the numbers.
I have cancelled my credit card today as there were some dodgy transactions on there, now I am thinking it's all related reading the posts. I have just tried calling a number that marc has posted got a support desk in the UK (nothing to do with Dazzle White), so haven't got anywhere.
I have got a return address in Bedford if this helps anyone else?

Like so many of you that have boldly gone before me, I too have been totally conned by this so called company. Their website and literature(leaflets that came with the delivery of the pen/applicator) seem so genuine but when I ordered this product, it was late at night and I was tired but on an impulse I decided to try this trial. I realized right away - well after submitting the order that something was not quite right so I got on to their chat line and tried to cancel the whole thing. I did not keep the transcript but I spoke to someone called Angel and it went exactly the same as the chap that posted his transcript, thanks for that bye the way. I feel so stupid to have been taken in by this very plausible looking scam. I have already been charged the 15 dollars p & p but I have been on to my Bank Abbey and cancelled my card, I am so angry that I am now faced with all this messing about with a new card because of these people. Bye the way folks, I spotted this advert on my MSN homepage and it contained all the endorsements from the big American tv companies etc. I FELL FOR IT!0

Does anyone know what the legal aspects of keeping hold of the pen/applicator would be as I have already paid ridiculous p&p for an item that was probably posted within the UK. I have read so many threads about this company and I don't know where to return the thing. I have emailed them and tried to get back on the chat line and also tried several phone numbers to no avail. One recorded message was in an American accent and said their working hours were from 5am to 8pm MOUSE TIME. I am beginning to think that it is not teeth whitener I need it is maybe a hearing aid. So what I want to know is WHERE do I send it back to and WHY am I spending more of my own money to do this????????? Please can anyone help?0
