I have just been caught out by premiumwhiteultra.com, I only found out because like most people i checked the delivery details for the trial and found it to be $11.95 that was being charged to my account.
Well I used the transcript that was for the live chat that was posted on the thread THANK YOU SO MUCH OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN IT WAS A SCAM & have recieved an cancellation email shown below
Thank you for taking the time to try out PremiumWhite. This is an automated message to confirm that you have recently been removed from our preferred customer program; therefore you will no longer be receiving any more PremiumWhite products or shipments unless a shipment had already been shipped prior to your cancellation.
If you are no longer within your 14-day trial offer, then you are responsible for any orders shipped as well as the billing of $87.62 for the PremiumWhite product. This billing will only take place if you fail to return the product back to us before the end of your trial period. If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place. If your 14-day trial period has already ended and you have received or been shipped an additional shipment, then you will not be billed for any other shipment from this point forward.
Please keep this cancellation note for future reference.
Sincerely,
PremiumWhite Cancellation Department
NOTE: This message is fully automated, so please do not reply to this message. If you have any further questions of concerns please contact our customer service department at 888-591-2190

It is now almost a month since then and i am worried that i will be charged a huge amount in the next few days. i have an extremely low income and i fear that not only will i this fifty odd pound charge but that i will then incur a massive bank charge as it will cause my account to become overdrawn. is the quickest simplist option to close my account and start again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help.#
P.S i hope that i have put this post in the right place
i spoke on live chat to "Victoria " today (premiumwhitepro.com) and got her to cancel my subscription to EVERYTHING!. Have got to wait until i can ring World Club Fitness (due to timezone difference), so will let you know how i get on with that.
here is my transcript which i have kept a copy of on my PC AND printed off.
i hope it helps you.....(you'll note that i haven't asked for any money back.....i know i should, but i really can't be bothered to fight) maybe when i'm not so upset i'll see what i can do....for now, i just want to ensure that NO MORE money is taken out....
You are now chatting with 'Victoria'
Victoria: Hello and welcome to PremiumWhite. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?
you: my name is Annette, and i'm hoping that you can help me.
Victoria: I will do my best to help you. How may I assist you today?
you: i know you probably know what this is about, i dare say youve spent most of your time dealing with htis issue. what i would like is to cancel my subscription to EVERY company that i seemed to have been signed up to through this extremely underhanded and deceptive "free-trial" offer that i signed up to in good faith.
Victoria: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?
you: yep. the delivery detail wer ***
Victoria: May I have your email address please?
you:*****
Victoria: One moment please while I locate your account information.
Victoria: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card has been charged the discounted rate of $87.62 for the first shipment of PremiumWhite Teeth Whitening after the completion of the trial period.
Victoria: Your cancellation # is
Victoria: *******
you: Victoria, can you guarantee me that NO OTHER COMPANY that is affiliated with this offer or withyour company will take/attempt to take ANY FURTHER MONIES from my account. If i need to contact them individually, then could you please forward me any contact numbers so that i can make sure that this REALLY is over with, i have read a lot of complaints from people saying that they have cancelled the subscripptions, only for other companies to come along and take money out. i REALLY can't afford that....i know its not your problem, but i live virtually hand to mouth, and the $80 that has just been taken from my account now means that i can't afford to buy food for my children this week,so i CANNOT allow that to happen again, ya know?
Victoria: One moment please.
Victoria: When you subscribed to our services, you were automatically enrolled with World Club Fitness. It has been clearly mentioned in our terms and conditions.
Victoria: To contact World Club Fitness package please call at 0-808-120-2346
you: it was hardly "clearly " mentioned, was it...be fair!
Victoria: I apologize, but everything is clearly stated in our terms & conditions.
you: so, that is the ONLY other company that will attempt to take money from my account? no others.....(under any guises, pseudonyms)
Victoria: Yes, that is the only and nothing else .
you: you promise???..cross your heart?? lol
Victoria: Yes, certainly, there is no more to cancel .
you: right, so do world fitness have a website where i can speak to someone on live Chat?
Victoria: They have only phone support .
you: ok, so that number IS valid then ( a lot of people are saying that numbers that they have been given are unavailable)
Victoria: Yes, that is valid number to call from UK at no cost .
you: ok Victoria. thankyou for your help. have a good day.
Victoria: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.
Victoria: Please feel free to come back for any further assistance.0 -
does anyone know where i can find the contact information for purely white?
i have spent all day cancelling the dazzle trial, what a palava!!!
i need to now cancel the Purely white one but can't find there contact details.....surprisingly!!!!!!0 -
I was interested in this offer and originally thought it was bona fide because it is prominently advertised in my hotmail page, I foolishly thought because of this it would be vetted by them. Fortunately I searched the net before ordering and saved myself a lot of trouble! How can hotmail or msn get away with accepting adverts for such an obvious scam? it gives the scammers credibility to have their adverts there. How do we let them know we are not happy with their collusion?0

You can contact MSN ads by email or phone:
https://support.adcenter.microsoft.com/contactus.aspx?productkey=Adcenterss&mkt=en-uk&scrx=1
If enough people do this then perhaps they will stop running ads for these scams!

you shouldn't let them go with this! these scammers live from people like you, who are unsure and scared. claim your money back as soon as possible. send the trial back to the return address and call the phone number to get a refund. it's not a big deal, really, 'cause these guys on the line don't care if dazzlewhite keeps the money or not. DO IT!don't give up! otherwise these scammers will have more money to do more scams like this! and i'm sure, nobody want that!

I joined facebook to keep in touch with family and friends about 6 months ago.
Whilst using it the other week, I read one of the adverts at the side of the page. It was talking about whitening teeth. Free trial offers just postage to pay. Sounded ok? The usual 'stories' about how wonderful it was. Plus, combine it with this other paste and it was even better!!!
God I must be gullible! Yes, I went for it!
Heard nothing for a week or two-postal strike probably had a bearing on this-then a tiny package arrived from Germany. A small sample of this miracle paste.
Still waiting for the second one.
THEN my credit card bill arrived..... not only was I charged £3.84 for one sample and £7.75 for the other (which hasn't arrived yet!) BUT I had 2 further charges of £54.83 and £56.29 from 2 companies I've never heard of!!!!
Upon investigation via my credit card, they are companies which I have set up membership to!!! News to me!!!
They are all connected! I ran a search of Healthsmile and wow - I'm not alone!!! Please can you warn others to avoid anything called: Improve health, Try it first Group, Dazzle smile, Healthsmile,Total white,Pro teeth, Smilebrite, Ultrafreshwell, Pristinehlth, Ultifreshwell, Wellbhealth,
Having been given a phone number via my credit card company, I then proceeded to ring and wait....and wait....an international call ofcourse. I gave up - not paying them a penny more.
According to my credit card company, they are compelled to accept orders from these companies, even though they are know to be fraudulent. They are sending me a form to attempt to claim back what has been taken already. They are unable to put a stop on funds being taken again until I fill this in. Am waiting to receive it!
Am writing to you, Watchdog, the Money Programme and my MP. Anyone want to join me???
There's quite a lot of people like me writing on a site called complaints board.com if you wish to look.

Think this should help a few of us !

What's more according to this article:
http://www.scamtimes.com/product-scams/bad-dazzlewhite-ripping/
the teeth whitening kits they are charging people $89 a month for without their permission can be bought wholesale for $1.50 to $3.50! In fact, given the volume they are sending out, dazzlewhite / premium white probably pay $1 or less for each one that they charge $89 for? What a rip-off! Not to mention all the other unasked for 'services' they sign you up for with their own additional monthly charges!"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
