Make sure your original order ID on return address label. I sent my 'sample' back unopened by signed for (ie traceable) Royal Mail Post just this am (used a smaller jiffy bag - cuts cost - was approx 1.50) It took Dazzlewhite almost a fortnight to ship it to me, so I ain't worrying about a fastrack return. Besides, they no longer have access to my bank account (I've got a new account number and debit card with TSB - they turned out to be most helpful)
Good luck guys. Just see these shysters off and warn lots of other people of the game they play :T
Hope this is useful?
I have sent back the parcel as well, but how do I ensure I am free from this disastrous? How can I confirm that?0 -
Hi,
Can't believe i fell for this too. I have sent an email to cancel but have not had anything back. I want to send the items back but don't have an Order number as I was never sent a confirmation invoice or anything, the 'free' trial turned up with nothing else in the jiffy bag. I've since recieved another one which cost £55.25.
I see someone here had live webchat with operator. Can you post link or tell me where to go to do this?
Hopefully credit card will refund0 -
Hi CarolH, thank you so much for going to the trouble of posting all those return addresses. Like you I have cancelled my debit card so I am sure they will not be able to access any more of my hard earned cash but I have decided to keep hold of the product unopened and they can have it back with pleasure but not at my expense. I am keeping fingers crosssed that I have seen the end of these people.0

Dazzlewhite are also now using the name premium white pro

And purely white and ultifresh and beuty club (spelt that way). I sent the dazzle white back to the Bedford address but don't have an address for Purely White despite them saying they would send the address to me twice. Is it the same address do you think? I've had two payments of >£50 taken, one after I had cancelled, however because they have 24hrs to cancel or so my cc supplier says they could process this second payment the same day as I cancelled. They will have to refund any further ones and have said they will refund the first two when they receive the product back. I suggested cancelling my cc but my cc company said they could still process payments.GC Jan £318/£350, Feb £221.84/£300, Mar £200.00/£250 Apr £201.05/£200 May £199.61/£200 June £17.25/£200

 Hi everyone
I have just been caught out by premiumwhiteultra.com, I only found out because like most people i checked the delivery details for the trial and found it to be $11.95 that was being charged to my account.
Well I used the transcript that was for the live chat that was posted on the thread THANK YOU SO MUCH OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN IT WAS A SCAM & have recieved an cancellation email shown below
Thank you for taking the time to try out PremiumWhite. This is an automated message to confirm that you have recently been removed from our preferred customer program; therefore you will no longer be receiving any more PremiumWhite products or shipments unless a shipment had already been shipped prior to your cancellation.
If you are no longer within your 14-day trial offer, then you are responsible for any orders shipped as well as the billing of $87.62 for the PremiumWhite product. This billing will only take place if you fail to return the product back to us before the end of your trial period. If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place. If your 14-day trial period has already ended and you have received or been shipped an additional shipment, then you will not be billed for any other shipment from this point forward.
Please keep this cancellation note for future reference.
Sincerely,
PremiumWhite Cancellation Department

Credit card company have given me a phone number. So going to try that when I get home I can't call from work. Has anybody any ideas. I really can't afford this I have had over £100 taken this month0

Not sure if they are linked to /part of dazzlewhite but the dazzle white cut and paste response at the link above suggests they might be?
Here is the BBB report on the company:

There are 7 pages of consumer complaints about purewhite / aka Purely White LLC scam at this site - might be some info there from other victims?

I signed up to the "trial" with dazzle white. i was charged the postage and packaging which i was expecting. i was watching the tele this morning and heard about a teeth whitening scam, i can't believe that i fell for it. It is now almost a month since then and i am worried that i will be charged a huge amount in the next few days. i have an extremely low income and i fear that not only will i this fifty odd pound charge but that i will then incur a massive bank charge as it will cause my account to become overdrawn. is the quickest simplist option to close my account and start again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help.#
P.S i hope that i have put this post in the right place
p.p.s i finally found purely white.... Pure White Hawaiihope that this helps
