If you need it - here's the number for World Club Fitness: 0-808-120-2346s (looks like freephone number?) When you cancel your 'membership' make sure you ask them to send you email confirmation with your cancellation number. One of my live chats confirmed I had only subscribed to Dazzlewhite and WCF. I've not received my 'trial' pack yet, but I'm hoping to get it back via tracked post to the Bedford depot with lightening speed - I'm not going to let them suck me into this game!

They are all basically the same company - that's part of the scam. They have used other names like Farend services limited and Gillmap Ltd with addresses in Cyprus and Durham but it's all the same people.

Google, Facebook, CNN, America Today... all these websites. I saw it on Facebook but since I haven't seen it anymore. Let's hope that the Facebook-Group "Dazzle White Scam!" managed this 'cause than we know that we can do something with our complaints!

I'm still waiting for my refunds... It's been a week now since I canceled this bloody toothpaste. I'm really glad they can't take more money of my account. :cool:

For all who just realized that they got into this scam-trap: keep cool! As far as I know the most people will get their money back. But safety first: open a new bank account and transfer all you money to the new one. Leave the old one open, that these scammers can refund you. It's really a relief, when you know that they can't steal more money from you. Then you can make all the phone calls, live chats, emails etc.

Oh Dear... I too have been scammed!!! i was lucky and noticed straight away that I had been charged extortionate amounts for the shipping, of not one, but TWO of these so called "whitening" products!!!! I was charged £8 and so many pennies - twice for this product, i had a simular instant chat conversation with online operator as mentioned above I was informed that they cancelled but that i will still be charged £87 pounds and so many pennies in the first month!!!! i was lucky because i had a mastercard - prepayment card that i used and i only had £20 in the account, i have cancelled and mastercard are putting a dispute forward for me.
I also read on the small print that failure to pay can cost me an extra 12% interest on failed or late payments!!!!!!

I dont klnow what to do!!!! i have a po box address to Scotland somewhere and a return address to America!! i put my cancellation number in the package and returned to sender. What is the best thing to do here? please help, am worried sick!!!!

Ive been trying to get on live chat today and the address takes you straight to their contact page with no link to live chat?? I just want them to confirm that everything has been cancelled inc the weightloss thing?
I have cancelled my card but i am worried they can still take from it.

i just found it on premiumwhitepro exactly the same pictures and layout! absolutely ridiculous!
can they block you from live chat as I havent been able to get on it lately?

right have spoken to my bank and found another charge has come off which is probably an international banking charge.
I have been told that it is easy to close my account and open a new one and they will transfer all my direct debits over too so thats a relief it wont be a big hassle.
I have realised that even though you cancel your debit card you have initially agreed with this scam company to a direct debit which means they can take money out of your account whatever your card number.
I dont think i am prepared to wait and see if that happens
