Some people have reported success using the above emails / phone number (use one of the cheap predial call providers here if you phone: http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/canada ) and threatening them with reporting them to the FTC/econsumer etc (which you should do anyway).

good news! :j
This is from HealthBuy, the company behind "Idol White":
Hello,
This letter is to confirm cancellation of your lifetime membership.
We have issued a credit to your account for $99.95
This credit will show up on your next billing statement. Thank you.
Regards,
Web Support Center
and:
Hello Siri,
This email is to confirm we have credited your card ********** with an amount of $99.95 in relation to order #1610413.
I can't believe, how simple that was! Obviously hit my e-mail more than expected! :rotfl:
Now I have to deal with "Dazzle White". I will call them tomorrow night. Wish me luck!
When the money is on my account I'll let you know. But I really think: there is hope! You just have to fight!0 -
Can anyone tell me: Is it enough to cancel my debit card to stop these shysters? I've have written confirmation from Dazzlewhite (copied from live chat) that I have been removed from the auto shipping. I have every intention of returning their trial sample immediately! - after yet another 'live chat' I received an email confirming the address I need.

What other company names do I need to put a stop with my bank (I have no idea what I am supposed to be subscribed to apart from the dazzlewhite rubbish) I'm still very confused as to how making a payment for postage with my debit card can open the floodgates for anyone to take money from my account (surely must be wrong since no Direct Debit mandate completed and signed by me?) ???? Any advice welcome - thanks0 -

According to this website you also get charged various monthly amounts under the names "Insider Secrets" and "Comprehensive Weight Loss" :
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/dazzlewhite-pro-teeth-c205771.html?sort=datea&page=16
And also under these names:
ezykit, elitepack, ultifreshwell, WELNESS, NATURAL, and kitacccess
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/ultifreshwell-c253031.html
That's where I also found a post by someone listing all the charges made to their account as follows (date of charge, name associated with charge, amount of charge, phone number associated with charge):
9/8 Varimi $4.95 1-866-797-7348
9/9 Healthy Days $3.76 1-866-813-2894
9/14 wellbhealth $48.92 1 866-796-7336
9/21 Healhty Days $92.37 1-866-813-2894
9/29 Pristine Health $79.28 1-866-676-4122
10/6 Ultifreshwell $79.28 1-866-948-5508
10/7 Great Health $92.37 no number
10/9 Denta $9.46 1-877-804-3472
10/13 accesscleans $48.92 1-866-847-7649
Probably best to tell your bank that your card number is in the hands of scammers and insist they block any further attempts to charge that card number?!"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

thanks for the info. I have put a stop on my debit card. I've held off ordering a replacement as yet as the lady at my bank said this 'firm' would still be able to access my account as I didn't have any other names that might be likely to draw my money - is this right do you know? I'm seriously worried I've not done enough to protect myself from further withdrawals and I'm not in the right frame of mind given I lost my mum just very recently. I feel a complete idiot0

Hi I hvae posted on here about this a couple of months ago when I telephoned Dazzle white to cancel my membership without any problems.
I had already cancelled the payments - to all 3 companies at my bank - which did not come into effect for 30 days but thought that the small amount due again to the other 2 were ok considering phone charges abroad and left it at that thinking that after these 30 days it would all be sorted.
However I have just discovered another 2 charges from my bank card to 2 companies in Cyprus now! To cut a long story short I have now obtained 2 telephone numbers form Dazzle white live chat to cancel these memberships also. She (live chat person) confirmed that even though these are named differently they are in the fact the same companies.
Weight Loss Resources:0-800-047-0192
World Club Fitness: 0-808-120-2346
I am going to ring tomorrow and put this matter to bed once and for all! (hopefully)
Hope this helps someone0 -
I also got conned by Dazzlewhite, £120 claimed for a $15 pen by lots of different companies.
I wish I had read this before ordering, its taken since August to sort this out but yesterday spoke to Dazzlewhite after speaking to all of the other companies and received emails confirming full refund of all charges which Virgin has confirmed they will use to wipe the charges off my account and will chase Dazzlewhite for the money instead.
Virgin were very helpful thoughout this and conference called all of the companies paying for the calls as I sorted this out, as they were all based in America this saved me alot of money on my phone bill.
Oh and the bleedin pen dosent work anyway!!!!0 -
It's the 'all of the other companies' that's worrying me! My bank LLoyds TSB (The Silly Bank) will probably not be as helpful as Virgin (they were nigh on useless when I turned up on Monday - almost in tears after realising my mistake on Sunday night!)
I've stopped the auto shipment with Dazzlewhite (via live chat and got email to confirm), phoned the World Club fitness and cancelled my 'membership' (also had email to confirm) I cancelled my debit card, and haven't yet ordered a replacement, just in case the sneaky sods suck out a payment on the sly?! I really don't want the hassle of closing down a bank account I've had since I left college (many many moons ago)
What else do I need to do guys?0 -

Thanks Scott, I have an appointment with bank tomorrow am. Think safest option is to close the account (don't trust just changing my debit card) I had another 'live chat' with one of those lovely ladies (?) at Dazzlewhite - just now. Got it confirmed in writing (copied 'chat' below) that I'm cancelled with Dazzlewhite and World Club Fitness (also got that in email) and that I'm NOT subscribed to anything else. Still better be safe than sorry - the bank account will have to go. It's not my main account, so no huge deal. I still feel such an idiot. What do they say: "no such thing as a free lunch" or trial tooth cleaning product eh? Here's my confirm chat today
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Falon'
Falon: Hello and welcome to DazzleSmile. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?
you: My name is Carol *******
Falon: Hi, are you here to place an order?
you: NO WAY. I cancelled my 'membership' immediately via live chat ten minutes after the order for you 'trial' was placed.
Falon: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?
you: carol*******.com L*****
Falon: One moment please while I locate your account information.
Falon: I will do my best to help you. How may I assist you today?
you: I have read hundreds of complaints about this scam. I have my cancellation number with Dazzlewhite, have an email confirming my cancellation with World Club Fitness (after phoning the telephone number provided on Live Chat) but what I am struggling with is tracing Weight Loss Resources. The phone number I was provided with was 08000470192? There has been no reply for over three days (I have tried at various times of the day)
Falon: One moment please.
Falon: I would like to inform you that you have not been enrolled for Weight Loss Resources program.
Falon: And about World Club Fitness subscription, we have clearly stated in our Terms and conditions.
you: Right then can I confirm since I've cancelled my Dazzlewhite and World Club fitness - I have no-one else I need to contact who may through this stupid act of 'trialing' a product, may take any payments from my bank account?
Falon: Your World Club Fitness subscription has already been cancelled and your cancellation # is *****
you: Are their any other 'hidden' affiliates or companies that I have been inadvertently signed up with through this product?
Falon: Yes, you are correct. You have not been enrolled for any other subscription except the Dazzle Smile and World Club Fitness.
Falon: No, not at all.
you: Ok, thank you Fallon. If what you say is correct, I don't have to track down anyone else to cancel is a big weight off my mind.
Falon: No need to worry, you can take my words.
Falon: I hope I was of assistance to you. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
you: No I think I'm all done - thanks again
Falon: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.
Falon: Please feel free to come back for any further assistance.
Sorry to bore you all with this info: just thought it could be useful for anyone who sadly ends up in same situation.0
