I've used hermes 3 times. Good smooth service on all occasions.

    Photogenic
I had a phone call from one of their offices on Tuesday. "Hello we can't find North Lancashire council" Me that will be because it's NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL" Them "Oh do you have a post code?" Me "Yes it's ML1 1AB" "OH we had it as M11 1AB". Chods.

I'll bet you forgot to put the name of the (almost) foreign country on it...

  • hahha I see a thread with sthe words "stay away" and "hermes" in and 356 posts, I bet it's 3560 posts in a week, and I bet if I posted 3560 items, 3000 would never arrive, 500 would be in gardens, 59 would be nicked by the driver and 1 would arrive. Better chance of a tenner on the lottery

but please remember people Hermes is your gold standard next to the real cowboys out there yodel

I now routinely ask any ebay supplier I'm buying from who quote "postage other" - who they mean. If they say either yodel or hermes, I might as well put my payment on a horse instead. I cancel the sale. Serious point though - this is the only way to stop these cowboys - start making your purchase conditional on a proper delivery service.

Sent 10-20 parcels a week with My Hermes in the last 9 months. The sole one that I have had a problem with they refunded me in full with no argument. Send by Royal Mail if you prefer but I would rather pay £4.20 to send a parcel that is fully tracked than pay Royal Mail £9.10 to send a parcel that will just dissapear into a black hole with no idea if it got there or even where it is.

I get cat food in bulk cause I've got load of cats, the site offers me hermes/yodel or a quid extra for a proper service -I pay the quid every time. Can't have hungry cats ..
  • My hermes now lets be honest I have been waiting a week for a delivery and now been told its too big for couriers car if thats the case why let us book it but then to be told that they get paid per parcel so realistically they not going to take the large parcels are they !!!!
  • I have been tracking my parcel from myhermes since Tuesday. At the moment since 0.47 this morning my parcel is with courier who is reattempting to deliver after they missed me friday which is strange because I never got any delivery friday and according to website my parcel was then at central hub I just hope it turns up today, busy for rest of week:mad:
