I sent 2 parcels today.
The 1st one just under 1 kilo in a large jiffy bag.Cost £2.78 with tracking with MyHermes
The 2nd one, half the weight and size and yet cost £2.80 with Royal Mail with no tracking.
In hindsight I should have use My Hermes for both of them.
I've never had any problems....so far0 -
I have been using "My Hermes for quite some time now & I haven't had a problem since now about a parcel I sent ages ago.
I sent a customer a parcel of £40 contents, It never got delivered & was eventually destroyed (Disposed of in their own words)
Even Though it STILL says in my account that this parcel is with the "recipient's local courier"
I never received a email about what was happening or a phone call.
They clearly have my number when I signed up, so tell me whats the point even supplying them with it!
My guess so they can sell it on to marketing agencies I bet!
Thanks for you professional gun-ho approach with peoples private property My Hermes! :mad:0 -
Myhermes are excellent. Sent 3000 parcels in the last year, around 3 lost, compensation paid quickly.
No complaints from buyers regarding where parcel left or damaged packaging! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Try contacting Hermes. My own experience is that they do deal with problems, and will refund you if deemed their fault.
Regarding the delivery still showing on your account....Hermes can remove them. Email customer support requesting it be removed.
They may tell you they cannot do it, actually they can and will.0 -
myHermes has been okay for me so far.. -fingers crossed!- Everything I've sent has arrived safely, though all couriers do have their horror stories as others have mentioned.
Although the delivery guy around my area is creepy - I opened the door and he wouldn't take his eyes off my chest (I'm female) and after several seconds of awkward silence he just said "I like your top". Definitely getting my dad to answer the door next time!0 -
We've been using them for a couple of years now, only had a problem with 1 parcel but we got our money back and compensation. Our parcel guy is lovely and they save us a ton of money. I always recommend them!Everything is always better after a cup of tea0

Well I am unimpressed with Hermes as apparently somebody signed for my parcel at 4.59 today. There was nobody home then as I was at work. So now I do not know where the parcel is as no card was left. I now have to contact the retailer apparently as I cannot ask them what they have done with it."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

Why can't you ask them?
You can phone, email or even better tweet them you will have a reply in under an hour on business days, slightly more at weekends, but a reply nonetheless.0 -

Often delivery services say their contract is with the seller and they won't discuss it with you.
"Please note that if you ordered your parcel from a High Street retailer that Hermes is delivering on behalf of, we are contractually unable to discuss the location of your parcel directly. To track your parcel, please contact the retailer using the details provided in your order confirmation."

Often you can believe the weather forecast or just take your own umbrella. I speak from experience, do you?
Not sure why you are involving yourself but if you have an issue with Myhermes, tweet them. You may surprise yourself - it's better than copying and pasting0
